Exactly the frames I needed and really speedy delivery

I broke my glasses frame and was desperate to get a new frame asap and i was glad i bought the frame from Spec at Home. I ordered late in the evening and it was nearly the weekend. Their support contacted me to let me know they had rushed through my order and had it in the post but Royal mail may not deliver a special delivery on a Saturday. Their quick process proved to be decisive however and i got the frame in the Saturday post. Superb customer support and fast delivery to the Scottish Highlands.

I purchased a pair of Reykjavik specs from Specsathome. I had been looking at those for quite some time; I needed new specs, but they were really expensive locally. I was really pleased to find them here at a much better price. I was a little concerned about ordering them online, as never had done this before for my specs.
I shouldn't have worried, because the process was seamless, and incredibly professional. I had to message Kashan to advise him that I have an eye test a few days after I ordered the specs. I had a reply back immediately to my enquiry and was advised that the specs will be sent asap so I can have them for the eye test. They did arrive in time; they were packaged very well and had come in a lovely case looking immaculate. I have to say, this is the best online purchase experience I ever had. Many thanks; will definitely recommend to others who are looking for new specs.

This is the second pair of glasses I have had from Kashan. These are prescription sunglasses and he couldn't have been more helpful. He sent me three frames to choose from and then I received the finished sunglasses within a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Kashan went above and beyond to deliver for an elderly person after another NHS procured optician had tried to charge over 5 times the market value for plastic frames. Once the integrity of NHS procurement was in doubt, I contacted Kashan who immediately addressed the matter. He was very professional, courteous, timely and conscientious. Great customer service. Ordered glasses at 4:00 ordered was taken to post office at 4:20 and collected at 4:45. Item received at lunchtime next day.
