The support was unbelievably good.
By far the most amazing support I have ever encountered with any hosting company. If you need a Virtual Private Server, or anything of the sort - choose these guys. They are better than the major hosting companies and their pricing is phenomenal. I can't even express how satisfied I am with my products. Hats off to these guys, great work.
