Contradictory support and faulty hardware
I rented a server that was unusable due to massive lag and "100% disk usage". Support initially admitted in writing that the disks were worn out and causing "interruptions", but the moment I requested a refund for the defective service, they changed their story, claimed the hardware was fine, and denied the refund. They then stopped responding until I was forced to open a bank dispute. If you value honesty and working hardware, look elsewhere.
