I received a pretty solid scooter after…

I received a pretty solid scooter after 6 days. It works well and continues to do so…£319 with free delivery. However it is unbranded and is not the scooter I expected as the specs are completely different….smaller wheels and less powerful battery, I’m not overly disappointed but more frustrated that yet again a company selling online cannot be trusted to deliver what they advertise. I can’t be bothered to complain direct but I hope this review might direct future purchasers to Amazon for instance that has a more robust complaints process

Cowboy outfit avoid…

Absolute disgraceful company purchased my scooter in October within a few weeks issues starting arising,I contacted Vivian who asked for a video for some bogus engineer to look at they eventually sent me a cable to which I was to repair myself,then asked for help as the scooter stopped working completely then I was asked for another video to be sent on a wild goose chase now I'm being stonewalled avoid these cowboys at all cost

Scammers!! Shameful company, AVOID AT ALL COST

I have just had the same experience as Ryan. I mistakenly purchased two scooters without reading Trustpilot, and though I cancelled the order within 40 minutes they said it was too late as they had already been shipped! I mean really? They are based in China, and after further investigation they have a Chinese storage facility in the UK Midlands, where the stock is held and from where they are then shipped.

The delivery company was called Top Cloud Logistics Ltd, So I checked with the Governments' website for Companies House, and it was only formed 4 years ago, and its controlled by Next Level Trading Ltd based in Hong Kong; and has trading accounts for around 4 years; the sole director is a Chinese person called Xinyu Zhang, that it has been threatened with being struck off for the last two of them, AND is losing money! Hmmm, that's not very encouraging, I think you will agree.

I followed up checking the only online review there is, and as with Sparkscoot company, it too has only either - clearly fake - 5* reviews such as ''Cloud logistics leaving me with a Cloud 9 feeling!'' but mostly 1* reviews: see hellpeter.com. Looking deeper, I see that it is also called New Ouda, which too on Facebook clearly has one dissatisfied customer!

When the scooters eventually arrived, I refused to accept them, and despite multiple emails, demanding a refund they have yet to respond. It is also worth noting that multiple other Trustpilot reviewers in other countries say the same thing!

What a tangled and unhappy web this all is. So I am now thinking that the BBC TV program ''Rip off Britain'' could well be interested in their working practices, as well as other media and press outlets.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Not based in the UK. Customer service is non existent. Tried to return my unopened scooter. After many emails with them suggesting I should "gift the item to someone" "try it you might want to keep it" " don't return without permission" ! I had to refer to my credit card for a charge back!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They charge…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They charge percentage if you try and cancel 5 mins after ordering, They charge percentage if you don't accept delivery. They charge if you want to return. If you decide to return ,we paid 329 pounds for scooter it would've cost over 100 pound to send back to China even though they have a UK based warehouse. Sales help number is just an A I so no help

Scooter stopped working, no response from Sparkscoot!

Purchased an electric scooter from this company mid-November 2024. It stopped working mid-January 2025. It just wouldn’t switch on at all. I contacted them via the only way possible (email address) and initially got a response asking for a video (of it not switching on). Sent this two weeks ago and have had NO RESPONSE since then. Have emailed several times and absolutely no reply. I have no idea what to do and I’m gutted as my 16 year old son bought this out of his own money. If Sparkscoot see this review I would appreciate a reply and either a fix or a replacement. As it stands we have a nearly-new not-working scooter. Very very disappointed!!

Awful Experience

Awful experience. Bought a scooter over the internet then changed my mind. They said I couldn't have a refund because it had been shipped. When I recieved the scooter I emailed them for a return address. They replied to tell me how wonderful their products are and how expensive it would be for me to return the package to Germany. I again emailed them explaining that I was legally allowed to have a return address and phone number. They replied with the same email content but at the end offered me a £5 refund and suggested I give the scooter to friends and family as a present. This has been going on for over 4 weeks now. They reply with the same spiel and the refund is now up to £17. DO NOT USE this company. The dispute is in the hands of my bank as I paid using a Visa card.

Their customer support is so bad

Their customer support is so bad. I ordered a scooter and was promised free shipping in 24 hours. It's been 3 weeks and they are still not able to tell me where my scooter is. I want a refund and they make the process take so long. I just want my money back.

I highly advise that you stay away from these guys. They are not good at delivering on their promise.

Had my scooter only 3 weeks at first all good then switched on next day after use and won’t go never ever by e scooter online go to your local Argos or curry’s at least you then have a place to return it if you have a problem
