I ordered scooter but but didn’t receive scooter I thought I was buying.The first and most obvious difference was the back brake,the one I thought I was getting had a disc brake but the one i received had a drum brake.Emailed “Vivienne”who said some rubbish about the mistake being mine.Do not buy from this company.

Utterly crap company. The app does not work. Mail responses are tedious as if coming from an insipid tea-towel. There are no online help or support either. No manual for users. DO NOT BUY!!!

I would rate none if I could! As others have said, this company is a scam. Please spend your money elsewhere, I wish I had done my homework but I read what was clearly a fake article recommending them!

Terrible service, the scooter hasn’t basically fallen apart after less than 6 months and like many of the reviews I’ve read Spartscoot “Vivien” the Sales Director suggests that it is user error.
I agree with other comments that say the good reviews are probably made up. This has been a disastrous purchase for us so please nobody else make the same mistake. We are now saving up again with our son so that we can buy a replacement from a more trustworthy company.

Scammers. They sent me a scooter that costs £200 on Amazon for which I paid £320. No meaningful response from their customer service. My own fault. Should have done some research first. The 5 star reviews are bogus.

I have a scooter not even 4 months old from this company and it has completely stopped working.

I was advised by Sparkscoot to try to switch it on while not plugged into the mains.

I was advised by Sparkscoot to change the wall socket.

I was asked by Sparkscoot how long I had tried to charge it.

So far, these questions have taken over a week by a painful process of one line emails.

I have explained I’m an experienced scooter owner of over 10 years and know very well how to change sockets (in case the socket is broken) and how to charge a scooter - I did tell them this.

I work as a nurse and am quite used to plugs and chargers - and switches - and equipment - and even technology.

I have given them my phone number but they won’t call.

Ultimately, this company isn’t interested in correcting things that go wrong even within the guarantee year.

And Vivian is clearly a ghost name 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can ride all week on just one charge, getting over 15 miles depending on where I'm riding.

The scooter itself is amazing, but I've noticed the app connection sometimes drops. I'd love for the app to be smoother.

It rides great and feels strong, but I found it a bit heavier than I expected when folded.

The headlights and brake lights are super bright, and I feel safe with how responsive the dual brakes are.

My scooter works well, though the brakes squeak a bit when I apply them hard. It's a minor thing, though.

⭐ 1 Star – Poor Quality and Shocking Customer Service

My daughter bought a £320 electric scooter from Sparkscoot , and within just three months, it snapped in half during normal use. This is clearly a serious structural fault.

Despite reporting the issue early, Sparks Scoot offered only a £7 voucher for welding and blamed the damage on “too many bumps”—a completely unacceptable response for a product under a 12-month warranty.

They have refused to take proper responsibility, so I’m now escalating the issue to Trading Standards. Extremely disappointed—avoid this company at all costs.

Electrical fault with a Scooter that was purchased at Christmas. 1 year warranty. Asked to send a video. Reply- U need to buy and accessory!
It has a E7 fault that shud be covered by the warranty. No response! Vivian the Sales Director is shocking in after sales. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Child now without a scooter that over promised and has under delivered.

I'm impressed with this scooter's power! It handles hills easily and keeps up speed, even with my backpack on.

Cant believe i fell for it. Fighting to get my money back, reported it to credit card company hope they will sort it. Always go to Trustpilot first is you buy online, scammers are at large.
