Literally the worst
Literally the worst. Do not waste time and money on them. The support is good for nothing. 1 whole day with their support repeating the same steps over and over again but still not able to setup account. Took 2 mins with mailgun to do the same. Wasted 1 day of my life. AVOID SPARKPOST.

I had absolutely no experience with using the system
I had absolutely no experience with working with a developer software such as SparkPost. Your support team was very patient with walking me through the process from start to finish. I got assistance with the following: How to format the recipient list properly so that it could be uploaded into the system; gave helpful insight on how to correct the HTML coding in my email draft, and provided guidance on how to schedule an email transmission in the system using the Postman platform.

I had never heard of DKIM before, but they helped me generate a key, send it over to our devops to add it to our DNS, and validate it in Sparkpost in no time. Very quick back and forth.

Hello, I can't access my account. password reset is not working. Why. Did I pay that much money for nothing? I couldn't even use it. after trying the test account. we upgraded. When we tried it, it wasn't logging in with smtp. And we couldn't get into our account either. Why

Port25 renewal process and is top notch.
Port25 support team has always been top notch. Seems this trend has also moved to renewals. The new renewal team (or new for me) reached out to me, extended our license for a short period without me asking in order to accommodate the US Mail and has strong follow up. We’ve used the product for years and always had great product performance and continual improvement. The new focus on renewal process is a sign that this software firm is applying best practices to all areas of operation. Bravo!
