Brilliant massage from Pat. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and Pat really sorted it. Feel so much better after — highly recommend!

The new Angel location has a calming vibe and a great team. I’ve already had three massages with different therapists who were all excellent. Bought a package and will be back for sure. 👌

Awful massage, harassment and GDPR Breach: In March 2025 I went for a massage at the Belsize Park branch. As soon as I walked in it stunk of bleach, the massage started late and the woman was awful. Her phone kept going off during the whole session, her pressure/technique was awful and she rushed me to get ready when the massage ended leaving my dizzy.

That wasn't the worst part; I was bombarded with text messages, calls, emails and unsubscribed but kept getting harassed to book more sessions. This went on from March through to September when I sent an official complaint outlining that I had text 'STOP', unsubscribed from everything officially and yet still got hounded.

I got an apology email and 'you won't hear from us again'.

September 2026 out of the blue I start receiving messages from them again, but also when I reply saying stop messaging me, I kept getting more messages?! Wrote in to head office again, same person from one year ago who now says my 'digital profile has now been deleted'. Total GDPR breach! If you experience the same problem consider reporting to the ICO.

This was officially the most stressful massaging experience I have ever had.... !

Louise was my masseuse and she was absolutely excellent. The whole experience from entering the building to leaving was incredible

I come here regularly for massages due to my shoulder and back pain and have seen a huge difference in how I feel afterwards. All the staff is lovely and it is a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend

I went into the Crouch End branch with a significant pain in my lower back. Loris listened to my needs, asked some questions and then gave a bespoke back massage for an hour. I left their feeling much better and within a few hours I really felt that the pain/injury that I'd had for a few days had gone. All the staff in the branch are so friendly and welcoming and the attention to detail was spot on - so professional. Thank you.

Had the best massage ever. Honestly i needed it so bad when I visited one of the branches in fulham, the therapist was really great and the ambiance of the place was amazing too! Would love to visit again

I had a customer service issue previously which was sorted incredibly well and quickly by the head office team. As for the massage itself, Loreto couldn't have been better in listening to exactly the issues I was having. Have been feeling incredibly relaxed ever since.

Best evidence of how good it was is that I booked 3 more massages before leaving the premises.

I went to the new Islington location and had a fantastic massage. The front desk staff were patient and helpful with my questions. The studio was clean and quiet. I’m definitely buying a package from now on

I had a lovely experience at Spa & Massage Fulham. It was a very welcoming and calming venue, everyone was polite and friendly, and the quality of the massage was great. I felt extremely relaxed afterwards! I enjoyed my hot tea after the message too. Highly recommend!

I really apricated the massage , it was really relaxing , very professional , really well thought out treatment with olga in earls court it was energizing and targeted back and shoulder pain , also leg cramps and lower back. Olga has a great toolset of massage moves that make a fantastic treatment she's a fabulous practitioner and would highly recommend.

I tried different massage places and therapists in London and Spa and Massage Bayswater is one of my favourites. I’ve been doing massage for 20 years and Lillia is so far the best I've ever had. I highly recommend.

There was a GDPR data breach and I am subsequently being ignored regarding it. My email address was shared with 100s of other people WITHOUT my consent. I am still impacted to this day with endless emails from random people. This is a matter for the ICO because businesses shouldn't think they can carry out such careless acts and not be held accountable.

It was very easy to book an appointment via their website. When I arrived at the Islington branch, the staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I went for a 60 minute session and it was the the best massage I ever experienced in my life and I will definitely be booking more sessions in the future. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first ever massage, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere was so calm, relaxing and peaceful, and everything felt very clean and professional. The massage itself was incredible — I could literally feel the tension leaving my body, and I came out feeling so relaxed and refreshed.

What really stood out was how comfortable and looked after I felt throughout the whole experience. I was a little nervous beforehand because it was my first massage, but that disappeared almost immediately.

I completely understand now why people love massages! 😂 I’ll definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend Spa & Massage to anyone looking for somewhere to properly switch off, relax and treat themselves. ⭐️
