this cart, I guess because of its inexpensiveness, has a wheel barrel like function, making carriage a bit difficult, having to carry and push, instead of just pulling, which would be easier. please, send ur next best carts, because, ill probably b exchanging.

Excellent service, twice in a row.

Twice I have ordered a table from Spa and Equipment and both times I received excellent service. They are very conscientious about communicating exactly when the product is being shipped and where it is enroute to finally arriving in my office, which only took about 4 days. And I'm very happy with the tables. Thank you!

Unfortunately international callers can not reach us by dialing the 800 numbers. Contacted client and provided her with all the numbers for customer service. Upon contacting client that it became apparent that she was contacting us by the 800 number. These 800 numbers are operational only when dialed from inside the US. Item is currently in route to client and client has been informed about the tracking number of her package.

I cannot track my order

I ordered my machine over a week ago. I received an email receipt but there is no way to track my shipment. I am not sure if it has even been shipped out. The customer service rep was very helpful and nice. But I don't have my machine!!!!!!

Unexpected Delivery of a bulky item

When placing the order I was assured the shipping company would have got in touch to give me a delivery window.
Instead, Spaandequipment didn't send me any email with any tracking number, nor the shipping company got in touch at any moment.
Final result, I got a phone call like: your 200 lbs item is here RIGHT NOW on the sidewalk: come and move it.
Awful after sale follow up (so far).

Dear Alessandro Pagani,sorry for the inconvenience, the tracking number is emailed automatically after any shipment, did you check your spam box. Its a very long number that is why we email and not call costumers for tracking number.
we have notified shipping company regarding this and we are working with them so this issue will never happen again, but as you know shipping company is third party that we work with and they all have issues since they have too many workers and drivers and it does not matter if they are big or small we tried them all and all i can say is i am very sorry.
we always ask for prior notifications for all they pallet size shipments and i can send you all the documents to prove you that we do or i will post it here so people can see it as well, once again i am very sorry for the drivers mistake, and please let me know if you need documents regarding this shipment, our phone number 1.800.418.0830

it's been 12 days since I placed my order and it STILL hasn't shipped!!!!

when I got a tracking number I figured the package would go out quickly after. I figured wrong! it's been 12 days since they sent me a tracking number and when I track the package all it says is that a label was created. so I am still waiting to see if they are going to send my product!!!

Would like to hear from them, email or something.

I have not received any emails or correspondence. I do not have tracking number or actual verification except the invoice printed from web site. It is a little scary not having any other verification. I always have from other companies. I cannot honestly rate them since I have no contact.

so far so good

received combination mag light/steamer. upon opening package, there was visible signs of rust on several of the pieces. I immediately contacted customer service. I was instructed to take a picture and email it for their review. I followed up a few hours later and was told FedEx would pick up the defective equipment and a replacement would be on its way.

Great Service!

I am VERY pleased with the service I received. The people I spoke to were helpful. AND when I needed to leave a message, my questions were resolved within 24 hours. Al-in-all VERY impressed. When I called to find out measurements for the item I wanted, the CS rep actually went to the trouble to get the specific measurements I was looking for (not listed on the box) and she called me back in about an hour. I was made to feel that I was their most important customer.

Nice Esthetic Chair but came with no instructions

I was so excited about this chair. This was quite an investment being on the pricer side but I was ready to sacrifice if it would help my neck/pain in the long
run. It's very comfortable. When I took it out of the box I was however disappointed that there was no instructions what so ever in the box. If I'm paying always $300 for a stool I would like a warranty card and instructions to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed to hear that after receiving one of the items I ordered and found that it wasn't what I expected and needed to send back, I am being charged a 15% and pay for the return shipping. Had I known before the order was placed and since I am not able to see the item live, I wouldn't have ordered it. So, therefore, I won't be ordering from your company for the simple fear if it isn't right, I'm charged!

On the other hand, all of our staff will go above and beyond to get you all information needed to make an informed purchase as far as taking pictures, measuring it and even taking a video from a unit. We do all these and more to avoid getting the “This is not what I was expecting” line. Please understand that once an item is returned it’s thoroughly examined and tested for quality before being restocked.
