Quick and easy

Over all service was good.

Over all service was good. I really like the table it looks really good I'm just afraid it's going to get dirty really fast. I'll try to think of any kind of precaution. The little stool came with broken wheel.

Item was lost in transit but overall great service.

This should be a 2 part response. The 1st part 3 stars, the 2nd part 5 stars. I ordered two parts on 2 separate days about 2 weeks apart. The 1st item came 1 week after I received the 2nd item which was delivered very quickly. However on the bright side even though it took several calls to get the part resent, it did finally come very quickly. Also I paid for express delivery for the 2nd item but because they had it in stock they immediately refunded the extra delivery charge. I do believe that the item got lost in transit, and I would definitely use them again.

Not sure about this company.

They collect my payment and then don't ship my equipment. They claim to need an authorization form AFTER they have already taken my payment. They never answer their phone and have only returned my 4th message after I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau. I am not sure about this company. I should have read these reviews first.

In the internet era that is full of identity theft and credit card fraud, we provide another level of safety and security by calling clients and verifying them to make sure they are the true cardholders. With larger orders, we even request an Authorization form. This has to be done after the payment is made and there is an attempt to purchase. In this case we attempted to contact the client several times, and we did left messages asking him to contact us. When called back he was very unprofessional, he was yelling at our staff that why did you charge the credit card and so on. He constantly cussed at our staff and dropping the “F” word repeatedly. We will never tolerate anyone disrespecting any of our staff. We immediately cancelled his order, refunded his money. Done.
Our clients welcome the extra security level that we implement for our orders to minimize fraudulent orders and I’m sure all well behaved and honest people agree with us. In the case of this client, apparently he is neither honest nor well behaved

I love this company!

I had bought a bed and was not happy with the width and had some
issues with the movement. I called ED he was very accommodating and did delivered my new bed which I LOVE LOVE IT! not only was Ed wonderul also the delivery drivers were very helpful and put my new bed together and were so kind.

I will be doing all my shopping at this company! They have amazing customer service.

I'm happy with this product.

I ordered the Mirrage electric spa table from Spa and Equipment. I like it because it is wider and quieter than other electric table models I've seen. It is a quality table.

When I called after two weeks to check on the order, they were very polite and helpful. They let me know the status of the shipping and what to expect.

The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that they weren't proactive in keeping me informed about what to expect. Otherwise, it was a seamless experience. I will buy from them again.

Couldn't have been better!!!

Dealing with Spa and Equipment was the easiest and most pleasant transaction I have to date with an online retailer. Calling them directly to answer a few questions was actually getting a real person, not a "hired" customer service operator to read from a script. They helped me arrange shipping and get the most value for my money spent. They answered all my questions and suggested more efficient ways to process the order, which save me money!! That is customer service at its best!
