Item was advertised on Facebook at a better price than I found elsewhere. I have shopped online here before and was happy to return. Delivery is always prompt and items are very nicely packaged. It arrived within 3 days and will be great addition to my collection.

I bought a new bbq at a great sale price. My son had bought one last year and recommended Southwood and the Grill Stream bbq.
I needed to check as the cover was listed as out of stock but they found one and the order was delivered in a week. Ordered on 22 jan and delivered 26th

I bought Premier Warm White LED Multi Action Christmas Cluster Lights Cluster Brights from this firm two days ago. They were very reasonably priced. The firm were excellent in their communications and the lights arrived today .

My order was received extremely quickly and I am very pleased with both the quality and price of the items. The garden gloves are comfortable and seem very robust. The garden shoes are sturdy and the terracotta pot feet are a very good price, I wish I had bought more.

Quickly to post out my on line order. Unfortunately there was a problem with it, not Southwoods fault. They responded very quickly and the issue was resolved with a replacement.

Southwood garden centre have visited it, staff loverly and helpful. I have ordered online as well, great fast service, fast delivery packaged well so no damage in transit. Will definitely order again from them.

Recently purchased multi coloured Christmas lights, arrived without delay, lights nice and bright, these are to upgrade next years display.

Quick delivery, Item was received well packed and just as photo. Very pleased with the lovely snow globe.

Had so much to chose from spoilt for choice. But decided on a light up ball asked for assistance and the lady was very obliging .

The cuckoo clock decoration arrived beautifully packed. It's even better than it's photo. Looks great on my Christmas tree. I collect glass decorations and this has become a favourite 😍

I ordered 62m cluster lights as I couldn’t find them in stock locally and needed them for a pre Christmas do at home , delivery was fast as I paid the extra and they came on time, they were however in 2 pieces so didn’t work, as we were desperate for them, and luckily my husband is an electrician, he soldered them together and they work . They are not cheap either at £130. If I had had more time I would have returned them .

We bought a pre-lit christmas tree last year and when we went to set it up this year we found the lights were not working . I rang the company and was given the name of the person to email which i did the same day which was a Monday. On the Tuesday i received a reply saying a new replacement tree was on its way and would arrive on the Wednesday which it did. I emailed to say i had it and the next message informed me that arrangements had been made for the other tree to be collected on the Thursday which it was.
The company has excellent customer service and go above and beyondto help thwir customers without fuss.I have used them before and will use them again for sure

Good service from Southwood Garden Centre. Able to purchase terracotta pot feet, rather than plastic which most suppliers provide. Good value, well packaged and arrived quickly.
