SourSuger deserves a 0 star review. They are scammers. I wish I had seen this first and done my research. I ordered leggings back in February and I still haven't received them. They overcharged me at first and I did manage to get a partial refund.
I have been back and forth in emails with them and keep getting the same response from Olivia about how its in transit and give it a few days …. Its been a few months!
Total scammers and I hope nobody else falls victim to them in the future.

They are a scam, ordred leggings in march, they sent it ''to the wrong adress'' after 3 months. Then refused to refund me. Told me they would resend it but I never got a new tracking number and they keep telling me to wait.

I will never get my produt. Asked Paypal for a refund.

I ordered leggings back in February. It is now July and I still haven't received the leggings or a refund after several emails. I've been asked to "kindly wait patiently" the my shipment was on it's way. That's after I was told that it had been delivered to a different zip code. When I asked them about that, they said it was delayed because of Covid. They've said they can't give me a refund because the package is on it way. Complete RIP off of $57. Don't order from them.

My purchase still hasn't arrived, i ordered it in february this year. I asked for my money back and they said to wait a little longer. I'm very pissed.

Do not order. My items never arrived, despite the tracking saying they had been delivered.
Contacted them several times for a full refund and keep getting the same bog standard reply.

This business is horrible! Do not order from here when other options are available on Amazon!! On their website clearly says there is a 45 day return policy if you are not happy with your product. My size did not fit they have no phone number to call and upon emailing they refuse to return my item based on the fact that it is not defective or damaged. No where is that listed in the return policy. I disputed it with my credit card company and received my refund .I would steer clear of this product you are going to be stuck with it whether it fits or not. There is no professionalism and the whole website is misleading and questionable

This place is 100000000% scam! I ordered some leggings in March and it's almost June and I still haven't received my order. They also refuse to refund me on my order. I've emailed them so many times demanding my money back and they just say that my order is on the way, or that it was mailed to the wrong address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I got my order 1 month after ordering. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings - 1 was great, the other was missing the waste-band so the pants kept falling off and taking my underwear with it! Contacted them about the faulty legging and they kept asking about the packaging. I said it had nothing to do with the packaging and that it was defective. I showed them a screenshot from their own website about 100% satisfaction and their return policy but their comment was “sorry that you are unhappy with the product. We will try harder next time.” What the heck??? Thankfully I paid through PayPal and they were able to get me my refund.

This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They will either not send you your purchase items, or send you faulty items and never respond to your requests for a refund or return.

Do not order from this site! Ordered leggings, the haven't arrives but shipping status says they're delivered. After many emails they still say the same thing; they will contact the shipping company, please kindly wait for delivery, even after asking foe a full refund.

I ordered leggings and they were sent to a completely different state. I live in Wyoming and they were sent to Colorado. After reviewing my order I did put my address in correctly. I contacted them about them getting sent to the wrong address and they said they send me new ones. Over a month later I demanded a refund because they had not sent me new ones or even gave me information on what they were sending. The email response to the refund demand was the exact same response they'd give me over a month prior, and then they said they send me new ones but nothing about a refund. Do not deal with this company they swindle and steal from you

Never got my order and I ordered stuff 3 months ago. No customer service number or anything. They refuse to give me my money back. :(

My experience is the same as the rest. Ordered in March, it's now middle of May and nothing. Demanded a refund and just get the same old story "it's coming, be patient; it was and issue with the shipping company " etc etc. I'm out almost $50. Wish I knew how to get this company!!!!

As all others, never received my parcel. Contacted then over 3 times to be refund as it is marked to be delivered ( in the wrong adress)

If I could give ZERO stars I would - I ordered the leggings early February and still as of May 12th I do not have them - I have been told wait a few more days, that there was issues with the shipping... REPEATEDLY for the last THREE MONTHS

Ordered leggings over 2 months ago. Still not arrived and keep making different excuses when I asked for a refund they refused. It’s a joke. Avoid them at all costs!!!

UPDATE: After declining my request for full refund with excuse that 'my item is on the way', I reported to Paypal and after a week of investigation, i got my refund back.

I have ordered leggings from them. Very responsive in email but reply always the same "don't worry it is on the way' and using "pandemic' as an excuse. Emailed paypal and a representative from that soursuger mentioned that the package was returned to the original destination and 'don't worry' it is routed back to my country. few weeks later, emailed the company again and they mentioned that this time, they have sent to the wrong address and again 'don't worry' it has been shipped. Now its been 2 months still nothing. Demand for refund and was declined by them stating that the item is on the way (but still cannot provide tracking number) I have reported to Paypal to get the full refund. Never buy from this company!
