I ordered two pairs of leggings March 2, 2021. I have emailed several times. Still no product. They blame it on the shipping department. When they “shipped” my order it went to the wrong address. Not even the same state. They will not refund my money and here it is over a year later.

I bought 2 maternity leggings. They took ages to arrive, enquired about this amd did receieve a response from the company. Once.it arrived the leggings were too small for me so I emailed back to say i needed to return them as per their return policy. Ive emailed 3 times over the course of 10 days no response.

SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Like all the other reviews, I ordered leggings 6 months ago and nothing turned up. Several exchanged emails blaming shipment!! Fraudulent, thieving scum!

I ordered leggings and other items and they stole my money I'm having the attorney general's office look into this us hire a hacker and find out who the idiot is that's robbing people if their money. This is just disgusting because people put their trust in you and they get screwed. See....unlike you we work hard for our money and when we do make an online purchase we are putting our trust in you.
I would like my stuff back back or send the item(s) ordered.

Scam! I had ordered leggings back in march earlier this year 4months later still nothing they said it had been delivered i rang post and the tracking number they had gien me was not mine it was not my name nor my address its now october and still nothing they refuse togive my money back and just keep telling me to wait worst experience ever do not and i mean do not buy off of these people

Get the same holding reply to chases you send them about it being covid so things take longer, ordered Feb 2021 and still nothing and now ignored!!!! Scammers do

I ordered leggings from them back in march 2021 and its now October and i have yet to receive them. Have emailed them so many times with no reply. My tracking number now says it has expired. It says my item has come from china! This site is a scam.

I don't even think this is a real company. I ordered leggings in March 2020. They took the money out, went on "tracking" found out my leggings were shipped to New York, NOT Pennsylvania. I contacted them about it, I was told to wait. I have sent about 8 emails concerning my ONE pair of leggings. And I keep getting the run around. It is August 2021. And I have yet received my refund, which I demanded, not leggings.

BEWARE - NOT A REAL COMPANY!

I ordered from them 5 leggings in February 2021 and since I have not received the items. I emailed them many times and they keep saying they cannot refund me as they had already shipped my order. It is end of August, they are not willing to refund me, nor I received my order. I am disappointed, I would never buy them again!!!

Do all you can to get your money back from these guys! It's an absolute scam.
I purchased 2 pairs of leggings back in March. To-date I haven't received them. I was told they'd shipped to the wrong address (how does that even happen?), there was a delay with logistics information and to "be patient". I asked for a refund and they continued to tell me to be patient.
I filed a dispute with PayPal and intially it was denied because Soursuger "provided shipping information showing the merchandise was delivered". I appealed this and provided proof that the tracking number they had provided showed that the package had been delivered to a different address (I contacted our national postal service for this information). PayPal reversed their decision and refunded me my money.
To all those out there that have been scammed by these people, please try and get your money back by contacting PayPal or your bank and dispute the transaction if the seller refuses to refund you. They will try stringing you along for a few months until your window to try and claim a chargeback is no longer valid, so do it as soon as possible!

I would literally give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered some gym leggings 5 months ago and have contacted soursugar numerous times because I have yet to receive them.
They say they were shipped but they never arrived. As a last resort I opened a dispute with PayPal but because they showed tracking information PayPal did nothing. Now soursugar won’t even reply to my emails.
A scam company - stay away!

SCAM!!!!! Placed an order back in Feb, still nothing. Same bull crap emails when I ask them for a refund. Do not fall for this!!!!! Shame on me for not checking reviews first.

I been waiting almost 8 months for three of them they sent them to the wrong address I been asking for my money back I get no reply I wanna call someone this is ridiculous

I placed an order 5 months ago for leggings; till now I have not received my order. I am speaking to different customer service people who have no clue what they doing and keep saying the same things (logistic issues). I know I will not get my money back either. Please do not bother to order from this place.

The same as the other reviews, this company is a scam. I ordered my leggings in February and they sent them to the wrong address. Then they said they sent a replacement and never did. They need to be blacklisted. They are crooks. Overseas lying crooks. Do not order from them.

Ordered 2 pairs of leggings 5 months ago. About 2 months after ordering i also got info that item was delivered. I called to post office and said that it was claimed by another customer. Seems like they send same delivery info to multiple customers. Ive sent 30 emails and they thank me for patience that i have clearly said i dont have. Filed complaint through PayPal and apparently they have sent some delivery info for them (i never received this info even if i asked multiple times) that the item was sent again 3 months ago. Well, never received that package either. Complete scam! Do not order!
