OK, but already cripplingly expensive for smaller users - and the unnecessary restrictions (such as "cannot play an album in order") is really quite frustrating when that functionality is absolutely easy to enable.
PLEASE consider that your smaller clients are important and shouldn't be penalised cost-wise with the same-size-fits-all product which is afforable for larger businesses.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT sign up for their (soundtrackyourbrand) “free trial”. They will continue to charge you for months even when you cancel. I cancelled the same day I signed up for the “free trial” because I was made aware that this service cannot be used with online stores and discovered there were also other licensing issues. This deceitful company never cancelled the membership and then continued to charge me FOR MONTHS even after I repeatedly demanded they stop. I called the number on the front page of soundtrack’s website and was told by the guy that answered that the number was actually to an audio company located in the US (Dynamic Media) that only ‘offers’ the “free trial” and sells the service, but was not actually the provider of the service. The provider of the service is in Sweden and you cannot contact them directly. You can however chat with them online through their website, which is apparently just nonsensical computerized responses and email, which is also comical. Keep in mind, this trial period that I signed up for and immediately cancelled, was from December of 2020. Also, the phone number for Dynamic Media that was provided on the website at the time I called to resolve this matter has since been removed. The guy at Dynamic Media acted like he didn’t know their number was right there on the front page of soundtrack’s website but probably got sick of getting phone calls and bad reviews for working with this company and removed it. Additionally, after I told Vince at Dynamic Media that I gave them a one star google review over the matter, the tone changed and I was assured that someone would be contacting me from Soundtrack to resolve the issue. I immediately changed my one star review to 5 stars for his effort and left a good review for Vince and thanked him for his time, however I have not received any communications, so we’re back to one star.
I have included the last response from the company after months of back and forth. I am seeking legal advice, working the the Attorney General in my state and will seek to recover the months of charges illegally made to my account plus punitive damages for fraud. I am also looking into a class action lawsuit and will be contacting anyone who wrote a review about these same concerns.
(Today is May 4th 2021 - still no resolution)

Hi again Brian,
Thank you for getting back in touch and for your patience during this time.
I understand, and we are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. I have since cancelled the subscription for you, which will end at the current billing period (April 5) to ensure that there would be no new subscription renewals or charges to the account.
This is our policy as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions, and are accepted when signing up for an account with us. Again, we really apologise for any inconvenience caused and would be happy to help further if you have any additional feedback or queries for us.
Google soundtrackyourbrand and read the reviews and you will see a pattern of complaints regarding deceptive business practices exactly like what happened to me. It should be illegal to offer a “free trial” and require a credit card to do so. In fact, I may just lobby for that to be the law. This is not the first time a company has done this to me, and I guarantee it’s happening all over the world. It should be a free trial, AND THEN, if you want the service, you provide a payment method. Just another scam. Avoid it at all costs or enjoy the relentless and time consuming process of getting compensated. PS I am truly relentless. I will not go away. I will not give up. I will pursue this on principle alone until the day I drop dead. Just do the right thing and refund my money.

good solution for the space where it is installed.
great range of music for all occasions...Love the pre party grooves In the cocktail lounge... like having my own club!!
This system is the easiest to manage music to apply to the hotel theme.
Impressed with the entire team and ease of set up. Highly recommend
Great Service if you need to be hocked up with Music in few mins. Easy to setup and scheduling feature is very handy. If you don't know anything about creating a play list, the AI choices are super and you'll get the ambience you want in few clicks.
One thing you have to have ready is your credit card first, then you are all set.
Overall the most functional and varied service we've found, but there are a couple of things that drive us all nuts about it at the store.
The latest update where you import soundtracks from Spotify to Soundtrack (a great concept,) is crippleware. You used to be able to edit out individual songs and get a replacement until you got the playlist they way you wanted it. Now you can't. You can only reshuffle the entire list, which doesn't necessarily improve it.
Also, it used to list the songs from your imported playlist first, so you could see how much of it was imported. Now you can't. We'd been having fun with it up to that point, as employees would work on playlists and then we'd link them and see what we got. It doesn't work that way anymore, and everyone is disappointed.
Being able to ban individual songs that you don't like is good, but it would be fantastic to be able to ban artists as well- there are definitely a few that get us complaints whenever they pop up, and no matter how many individual songs we ban, the same artists keep appearing in playlists.
Their Christmas music selection absolutely sucks, regardless of whether you want traditional carols or classic pop hits. If you're a retailer that goes over to Christmas music in November/December, you'll get sick of it real fast. (Our customers didn't like it either- we had quite a few complaints.)
On the whole it's the most decent service we've tried, but their adjustments over the past few years have been a mixed bag. Some new features are great, and some are a major step back. There are occasional weird quirks (for instance, we got movie soundtracks when we tried to make a pop rock playlist,) and support has ranged from nonexistent to polite without result to downright rude. They have gotten a number of new artists recently, for instance, it was nice to see Sting pop up this year, but we're still waiting on some other artists, like Neil Diamond. (We're not holding our breath for The Beatles!)

We explored many options for the in-store music in our grocery store, and had used several others in the previous years. We switched to Soundtrack in late 2020 and it has been a fantastic choice. They offer a wide variety of pre-made channels, and the ability to add our own Spotify playlists has been a huge help. The scheduling option works well and allows us to customize the music for various times of day, days of the week, and seasons. We were able to have a mix of Christmas and regular music throughout the holidays rather than Christmas music 24/7, which our staff and customers all appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend Soundtrack for your business.
Great and diverse soundtracks, covering every genre and then some. Easy to use, everybody loves it. Thank you.
The positives are the scheduling functions.
The music selection is a challenge. The music is to unfamiliar so I have to import playlists.
There is a serious issue with the explicit filter not working for songs (A lot of songs) There are other songs that get skipped as explicit that are not.
Quote from my staff
"what's my name" by snoop was playing, with the choice lyrics of "what's my MFing name?"
Needs an android compatible remote app. I want my staff to be able to skip songs without having to step away into our office where the player is.

SoundTrack has been the best music service that we have implemented in our store by far. All of the playlists with the perfect moods make it so easy to keep the atmosphere in our store happy, welcoming, and trendy! I will definitely be recommending SoundTrack to other business managers!
