Easy setup and it just works. Being able to import playlists from other sources made life a lot esier.
The different genre of music is outstanding!
I like that all sales points can be managed through web. Good variety of playlists available to choose from. The player hardware is reliable.
Rich integration through their API, quick and kind support, and they are always adding new features and caring about their content. Can't ask for more! :)
Easy to use, good customer support. Music quality is good. Recent updates have been solid and it has improved a lot recently.
Very quick easy to implement into my business! I love the scheduling feature and the ability to use both Soundtrack-created playlists and my own playlists. Enjoying the variety of music in the catalog :)
It is like Spotify, but legal and with commercial-oriented features!
Very easy to use and there are plenty of ready-made playlists to choose from.
The best business music option that I’ve tried. Can’t fault the service and it’s an easy win for me.
This is the most s*it awful streaming service I have literally ever used. I cant find any of the bands or artists I like. I fu*king hate it! HATE IT! Also its fu*king slow and you cant use it with lap top, except to stop or skip song. If you consider a spotify type of easy to use streaming service for your business, dont even consider this piece of crap. I mean, what the fu*k where they thinking when they made this fu*kin abomination.

Super easy to use (very similar to Spotifys app), has great pre-made playlists and has pretty much all the songs that we want to play.
Great experience, simple way in creating play lists, unlimited songs, controlling my sound system from anywhere through mobile phone
Very poor music selection.
Looking through the play list they look good but once you sign up, you realise how limited the play lists are. Christmas play list, lucky to be 2 hours of Christmas music unless you have the same songs play in different genre like jazz or instrumental.
Also the volume doesn't remain stable, one song is loud then another is quiet thinking its stopped because you can barely hear it.
Disappointing and we will be closing the account.
We have spoken to your sup[port about the sound issues and nothing was done. Your play lists are the same songs, 30 playlists but they only have a very limited library..... I don't need 30 different versions of Santa is coming to town, there are 1000's of Christmas songs, just not on your playlist. But thanks for the reply, it changed nothing.

Perfect streaming service for my business. Good music selection, scheduling feature and easy to use!
Schedule is great
I signed up for Soundtrack since I heard that Spotify is not legal to use for my shop. It was a bit different from what I'm used to but once I found the schedule feature it saves me tons of time.
They promote the ability to interact with Spotify. What they don't tell you is that they don't have licenses for artists like The Rolling Stones, or Paul Simon, or The Beatles. Like every other service, they start inserting songs that they pay less for, some that no one has ever heard of. Spotify could find a better partner, or just create their own service. I've had them all and this one seemed promising but was just another example of greed in the music industry.

Completely misleading and they provided my personal data to OneMusic without my knowledge who then went ahead and demanded $300 from me to continue using SoundTrack Your Brand.
When I signed up the information presented to me was as if by purchasing the license \ subscription off SoundTrack that I would be able to legally use their music in my store. Imagine my horror when I get a demanding email from OneMusic telling me that I need to pay an additional $300 to continue using SoundTrack service. This was never mentioned when I signed up and made payment to SoundTrack and Soundtrack made it seem as if by purchasing a license through them that this would be enough to play music legally in my store. It was not.
So now I have a SoundTrack license that I paid hundreds of dollars for that I can not use anymore even though I have well over half a year of my license left.. and here's the kicker - no refunds on subscriptions so i'm expected to just pick up the bill even though the service was misrepresented to me.
If you live in New Zealand, Australia, The UK or any other country that requires a public performing license do not use SoundTrack
Simply use royalty free music in your store. It doesnt cost hundreds of dollars and you won't have your data provided to a third party without your knoweldge - a third party who will demand hundreds of dollars on top.

We looked into this as a business and fortunately we just tested and did not use. We realised before going live that there is still license fees on top. It's carefully worded to sell you a service believing it's everything you need to do so but in fact arent. It's just the tools to play licensed music... Minus the main thing the licensing. Disingenuously worded on purpose to make a sale and aren't bothered clearly about how it leaves their customers high and dry down the line. Stay clear and find other alternatives for music in you stores we will be. Thankfully we realised but imagine many others won't have.

They have been charging us double for over a year and when we finally caught on to how shady they were being their response to rectify this situation was 3 months free. That is a slap in the face considering they have over charged us over $630 and are refusing to reimburse us... I would NEVER recommend this company...
