Great service

Easy to order delivered quickly well packed

Used Fender Custom Shop "Custom 54" Strat pickups:
Shipped quickly but packaging was dreadful. P'up covers came off in transit, jammed against the coils. Mounting screws and spring assemblies were missing. Clearly no one checked.
Requested screws and were shipped the following day, but am yet to visit a local retailer to check potential coil damage on a meter.

I ordered a guitar which arrived on time and intact.Everything was as described on the website.This guitar was in excellent condition and looks and plays great,sound affects also provided a lovely gig bag which I did not expect.Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Rob looked after my Taylor 812ce which needed a full set up with new strings and some work on the nut, bridge and some truss rod adjustment. The guitar came back playing like a dream, in tune all the way up the neck and with a lovely low action. It was clean as a whistle too.

Rob explained to me what he'd done and really knows his stuff. I'm going to be trusting him with my other guitars from this point forward.

I couldn't recommend Rob (and the guys at the shop who were also great) enough.

After debating buy before you try with a Guild 12 string which could be fraught with danger as I live across the other side of the country I went ahead. It was pre owned and expected some marks or evidence of being loved. The pictures looked really good ( almost too good) . The guitar arrived two days later well packaged. It’s like new. Plays like butter lovely gig bag excellent all round. I know people who have been to the shop and cannot speak highly enough so that went someways to me being comfortable buying from them. Excellent guitar excellent service. Thank you so much!!

I was a bit hesitant in sending my guitar a long way to sell it, but Paul explained the process. He gave me every confidence and after receiving the box, I packed it up and sent it to him. After less than 2 weeks it was sold and then 14 days later the money transferred to my account. First rate service and totally pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

I contacted Sound Affects about selling quite a few pedals to them. Paul, who helped me, got back to any emails I sent quickly, made the whole process easy from start to finish and arranged the agreed payment quickly on receipt of the pedals. I bought a guitar for £300 which was extremely lucky to have survived the delivery. It was packaged with around 8 different types of scrap plastic inside a flimsy box that had clearly been used many times, no care given guitar was filthy and so out of tune. It was clear no care was given its out me off buying anything more expensive from them.

This was my first purchase and I bought two small items because they were original manufacturers equipment. They arrived quickly but a small screw was missing on one of them.
A quick phone call to Sound Affects and this was dealt with promptly and without fuss. The screw was posted and I received it the next day. Brilliant customer service.

This plastic RICKENBACKER pickup cover, paid 60.30 EUR + 42.38 EUR import tax, is totally poorly manufactured and impossible to mount on the bass guitar. I'm not even sure it's an original part, it's so poorly manufactured and delivered without any packaging or reference. This "thing" must cost 50 cents to manufacture. A scandal! I am writing to the company and waiting for their reaction!

Ce pickup cover RICKENBACKER en plastique, payé 60,30 EUR + 42,38 EUR de taxe d'importation, est totalement mal fabriqué et impossible à monter sur la guitare basse. Je ne suis même pas certain qu'il sagisse d'une pièce d'origine tellement c'est mal fabriqué et livré sans aucun emballage ni référence. Ce "machin" doit coûter 50 cent en fabrication. Un scandale ! J'écris à la firme et j'attends sa réaction !
