Professional, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. No pressure to buy but enthusiasm to get it right. So different to the high street "nationals." This is my third set of aids so i have experienced all the highs and lows of previous purchases.

Thank you very much for your review. Our audiologists are sometimes out on home visits or assisting at other branches. This is why our reception staff are so important, they are able to assist with so many queries and some levels of servicing of the aids too (depending on issue and model etc).
If you do ever require a direct appointment with the audiologist for a free hearing test, or to discuss new hearing aids, we advise calling in advance to secure an appointment.

Sound Advice Hearing were very professional and I felt I trusted them. They took their time to evaluate my hearing and advise me of the hearing aids which would suit me best. I did not feel under pressure to buy, but I did purchase the ones that were recommended and am pleased with them.

Excellent customer service
I cannot recommend Sound Advice Hearing in Hull highly enough. I have used them for many years and recently needed some new aids. It took a few visits to get the right ones for me but on each visit I received exceptional service. Patience, kindness, professionalism and excellent customer service are just a few words to describe my experience. Big thanks to Steve and Lyn who are a great team.
You won't get personal service like this from the high street providers.

Trustworthy and Reliable
As a client of Sound Advice in King's Lynn for nearly 7 years now I have always found them to be professional, reliable, and friendly. Today's experience via Karen, Gemma, and Suzanne, was no different, and as usual they went above and beyond with audio testing and honest advice to ensure I enjoyed a satisfactory outcome. With wax removal too, as found on previous occasions, they can also be relied upon to be caring and understanding.

Highly recommended
Paul ran a number of tests to help me understand why my hearing was impaired. He was patient and explained the outcomes of my tests in terms that I could understand. He was reassuring and I was shocked at the end of my appointment to find that I was not required to pay! I would have happily paid for the peace of mind that I received from my visit. I would highly recommend the Winchester Hearing Centre!

Many other audiologists do charge for hearing tests, even if the outcome is that no hearing aids are required. But we would rather give our patients that peace of mind, and the opportunity to have their hearing tested, without extra costs.
