Fantastic experience
Above and beyond service!
They took a special order for me from one of their US suppliers. The US delayed this order (not SDG fault), then sent the incorrect item. Even though Soul Drifter did not carry this exact item, they were able “create” a correct replacement from their stock.
Ricardo kept in touch through this drawn out process, replying to emails within a few minutes. Their service could not be faulted!

SDG were great, my guitar is fantastic, sounds killer. It was packed well, I will definately buy from again. Thank you :)
Sendle who the guitar was sent through was not as good, it took just over 3 weeks to get to me with not much tracking info to work on (NSW to WA), they left the guitar out the front of my place of work after 6pm when the shop was closed. It was only due to a customer of ours who noticed it, was able to keep it safe. SDG are changing their freight people, so hopefully this is no longer a issue.

Thanks for the feedback Steve.
A couple of things to clarify here.
First off, based on this and other similar feedback about shipping delays, the shop has switched shipping partners after this past holiday season.
Second, multiple communications were sent to Steve prior to his package arriving alerting him of delays due to holiday traffic and the CA wildfires. That said, understandable that customers want their orders arriving quickly of course.
Lastly, after this review, an attempt was made to contact the customer directly to inquire and hopefully resolve the "fit" issue. The listings for the product purchased clearly describes compatibility and we haven't heard this feedback before so assume there are other factors involved here.
That said, the customer does not respond or does not appear to want to resolve the issue.
All in all a good learning for the shop although we would've preferred to reach a resolution.
