Far from impressed
Far from impressed. The website made the items look fantastic and professional it after two weeks of waiting, why I had was far from what I was expecting. Packaging was inadequate and not packed securely although it was covered. Cheap damaged frame. Chop out of wood. Quality of actual photo / not how it was sold. Asked for return label to return and was offered a part refund of £5 then £10. Iv refused. I paid £25. Won’t be recommending to anyone. Go elsewhere and pay a little more and get good quality products.

Poor sound and picture quality
Item arrived after maybe 2 weeks. I ordered the Customized Music Fridge Magnet with Personalised Photo and song. The sound quality is pretty poor and the picture is extremely pixelated. So the site is real etc but the quality isn’t very good at all.

The delay, and then the joy.
This was the first time I bought products from you. Initially, I wasn't in a hurry because the product took a long time to arrive (almost 2 months), and it was difficult to understand why, perhaps because I live in Africa (Angola). Next time, I will order using a shipping company (Fedex, DHL).
But after several contacts with you, and after you always showed willingness to help, I finally managed to locate and receive the product, and it was excellent. The product was very well packaged and quite good, the quality was excellent, I recommend it.

Soufeel has a .co.uk website but is Chinese and goods take about a month to get to the UK. I personally feel this is unacceptable and ordering for an occasion will leave you short, guaranteed. Comms are also very slow. Be warned.

I ordered a photo box for a friend's birthday. It arrived and all the photos had fallen out and it felt really cheaply made. It was over £40 to have it delivered. I contacted customer service and was sent a video link to fix it.. bare in mind this was a gift for a friend and I'm now being asked to send them a video on how to fix this gift. If it wasn't possible to fix they were going to refund £2.99. Poor quality, do not order
