I made a call asking for a refund as I paid for membership by mistake

I’m happy with how my problem was resolved, and I appreciate customer support’s assistance.

Customer support handled my issue professionally, and the problem is now resolved.

This company is a total scam.
They contacted me 6 months after I canceled my order because the price of the product ordered was charged in us dollars while on their website this not made clear at all.
In the email received where the offered the refund I got the following condition for getting the refund:
I was told to get the refund if I wrote a positive review on trustpilot which sound to me as blackmail.
My response has been the they first have to refund the money before I will write a positive review.
Obviously I am still waiting for the money to be refunded.
Stay away from this company as it is a total scam!

Because i wanted to cancel my membership and get my money back and kanba helped mi so good without e problem..

The customer service agents were quick with replies and provided clear information about the processes of my query. That eased me into believing my issue will be solved as great customer service was provided. I appreciated their effort and thank you.

I don't have any experience about the company I made subscription for this without knowing but Phoebe has promised me a refund

I had a bad experience with the company also the costumer service I wanted to close my account and have a 50% of a refound I tried to explain my problem many times no one helped me or did something for my case know I just want to close my account and do not take money again but know the costumer service called me and she will do the necessery i didnt expecting that , i am happy because know my account can be closed , and refounded

Money was deducted from my account without my consent

This is crazy. Asking for removal of your Personal details from their end is so difficult when in the first place you even never asked for it. They just auto subscribed without your notice. And its even more difficult when you ask them to cancel the membership / subscription you are not aware about. They will say they cancelled it but then a few days after they are attempting to deduct from your bank account. I was luck enough that I did mot have sufficient funds. My ghaaas this woorld full of frauudalents aacts.

Great customer support on the concerns I had in regards to navigating their website and with that they also issued a refund to me for the inconvenience that the website has caused my confusion.
