Absolutely LOVE Sostrene Grene to bits !!! Excellent customer service at all stores I have visited, lovely classical music whilst browsing, immaculate items on the shelf ready to buy and all stores I have visited have a nice layout and is calming to walk through and like a Tardis haha!!

Went to this shop CMK on Friday.
Busy after the sales. The woman in front of me paid in cash. The cashere said fine but we haven't got change!
The woman was pretty annoyed and said to keep the change. The cashere was unapologetic and just srugged her shoulders. I decided to pay by card instead.
You would have thought in the middle of a busy day in a major shopping centre they would at least be able to apply this.
I think the useful advice to give here is: don't go to this store if you want a cash transaction.

SG offer a great product range. I particularly like the paper and textile range. What you see in the online catalogue is what you get - which is perfect.

Wonderful, clear online purchase process. Clear and careful packaging. Everything arrived on time and as per their communication. Beautiful company. Will buy from them again

Instead of replying to my email they've replied here, asking me to email them.
Faulty item caused injury.
I purchased a face roller, but mid way through use the roller fell out and cut my skin causing it to bleed.
The item is really poorly designed and fell apart.
Just be careful what you buy as I now have a huge cut on my face.

We bought a chair for our granddaughter who was thrilled with it. The quality was good and it took no time to put together.

Bought tea in Copenhagen. Realised that it was out of date when I arrived home. They refused to send a replacement and are now ignoring my emails. Their CEO Mikkel ignores me too. I appreciate it's only tea, but it's the principle.

Some lovely items at really affordable prices.

The dinner candles are the absolute best, they burn evenly and most importantly do not drip.

I will only buy candles here from now on!!

Recieved 2 defective shelving units that cannot be assembled correctly due to the way they have been machine manufactured. The pre drilled holes are misaligned on one meaning it doesn't lie flat against a wall. For the other, the cam locks are too far apart meaning the middle of the shelves cannot be attached at all. I sent a "defective item" per their own company policy and procedure, included photos and all required I formation and have recieved no response.

Great festive bits that I hadn't seen anywhere I had looked before.
Really good prices and fantastic friendly customer service.

There is a vast amount of products online, I love the stores anyway, but found even more on the website. It was easy to order from, I found everything I wanted, the prices are good, and my order arrived faster than I expected, well packaged, it was just a delight to buy from Sostrene Grene

I do love most of the products from Sostrene Grene. The staff are helpful in Dundee.
However my daughter treated me to a couple of little cottages from the Aberdeen branch. They come without batteries, which you have to buy separately. She bought batteries in store which really could have been already installed. Besides discovering this issue,and buying batteries. Trying to get the tiny screws out of the base is a labyrinthine task as well as getting the batteries out of their packaging. The cottages are pretty but I won’t be buying them anytime soon for myself or friends.
5 stars for staff in Dundee and shopping experience.
3 stars for product, no stars for daft cost saving exercise.

Lovely company. Items were just as described and packaged well. Kept informed with updates about the parcel’s progress. Items arrived in 7 days which I think is great coming from Sweden just before Christmas.

I was overcharged in store - which is a 60mile round trip from my house. Emailed customer service and they insisted on passing back to the store. Very poor service - use better judgement please when handling complaints. Could have been an easy fix. I will never understand why a head office enquiry can't be dealt with by using common sense judgement rather than "company policy". In this instance sticking so rigidly to that company policy has lost them a few customers based on a ridiculous scenario of £2.42 being overcharged. Noone in their right mind would do a 60 mile round trip to a store for that level of overcharge. Or perhaps times are so tough in retail that they rely on that. Poor judgement.

My new favourite shop! Fabulous items at great prices. Amazing quality and customer service and delivery is so fast. Love this shop!
