Got this for my friend, an office fanatic. Loves it. Great quality.

Not actually shocking. Shipping was a bit slow during the holiday season, but customer service was awesome to work with. Totally understanding and ready to help. Sweater is sick. Roommate loves it.

Ordered in October. Google autofilled wrong address... my fault.
Contacted soscribbly clearly stating the mistake, they responded politely with a second order confirmation to the same wrong address. Not my fault.
Emailed again stating the second mistake on their part with my full correct address a second time and did not recieve an email.
Late November and exchanged emails again with a reassurance that it would be here before the holidays. Only after contacting paypal and filing a claim have I recieved a confirmation with the proper address and NO response from the people at soscribbly. The shipping packing slip has been waiting for the item since the 9th and i have to escalate the claim before the 25th... If you decide to buy something make sure you cross all your T’s and dot all your I’s because they either don’t really seem to care or are in over their head with their business and need help.

Orders product November 19th 2019 it's January 22nd 2020 and it still isn't here they stopped replying to my emails. I would look elsewhere.

Took £50 from me, item never showed up. They won't reply to my requests for a refund.

May take them to an ombudsman or something but currently looking in to it.

2 months have passed by since my order was placed, no item showed up, no refund was offered. Sent around 20 emails to them and they are now just ignoring me.

Worst company every. All these reviews are true. Sweater came weeks after Christmas, and is the worst quality ever. Would never recommend this to anyone.

All comes from China masquerading as an American company. The quality was terrible for the price. Threw my money down the drain. Very unhappy

Honestly avoid this company like the plague. I ordered an Xmas sweater for my brother on the 30th of November and its now the 28th of December and still haven't heard anything from them about delivery! I wrote to them last week asking if it would come for Xmas and all they said was it was most likely now at customs and that is it, however still waiting and no update. I really don't know how they are in business. Giving them 1 star is almost too generous.

Do not order from this company. Extremely slow shipping and terrible customer service. Ordered a Christmas sweater on Dec 6th and was stuck in Pre-Transit status. Emailed them on the the 20th to tell them to cancel since it wouldn't be here by Christmas, but they promised it would be. It's now the 27th and it's not here, and doesn't do any good now anyway. Now they are saying it can't be returned even though we still haven't gotten it! This place is a joke.

On September 12th I purchased a christmas sweater and paid extra to have it expedited. The confirmation email tells me that "approximate delivery time is currently two weeks". Well it's Christmas and I JUST received an email that it's on its way. I will be returning it because what's the point of having it now. Why was there even an option to expedite? Trash.

This has to be one of the worst customer service I’ve ever received! I mean we ordered on December 7th expecting it to come on my birthday (December 17) and it still has not come. It is currently Christmas Eve night. We even ordered express expecting it to come earlier. I did not receive a birthday present and I tried to contact them via Instagram and email and they still have not said anything back! 😡 My overall experience has been terrible and I feel as if my 150 dollars spent has gone to waste!

I finally received my item 20 days after ordering it (only because I emailed them and bothered them about slow shipping). They will make your shipping label way before they actually ship it, which makes no sense. They also did not email me saying that my order will be late due to the holiday orders (which I'm guessing is why they were slow). I get the ugly sweater and it's not worth the $45 I paid for. It's as thin as a long sleeve shirt, and I would've paid $10-15 for this, not $45. Use PayPal if you even try to buy from them because their refund policy is all over the place. They told me they can only do a size exchange after I told them that the sweater quality was terrible. I'm pretty sure all of their item reviews on the website are fake and they delete the bad reviews. I'm now disputing the charge with PayPal.

Do not order from this company! Ylu won't get your purchase even close to when they promise, then when you try to contact them, you get no response. I am reporting to VISA as fraud because I dont think they ever sent the sweater I ordered. When they did manage to get back to me after a long time, they lied and said it's just a couple days away and it was a scanning problem. Save your money and time, dont get scammed like I did.

This is a scam plain and simple. Product wasn’t shipped for nearly a month and they lied saying it was a scanning issue.

After reading it also sounds like if I ever do receive the sweater it will be of low quality.

After a few weeks I received an email saying that the shipping label has been created and I should have it within the week. This was a blatant lie. They took it to USPS that following Saturday. Krissy said I should have it before that Saturday and sometimes they skip the scanning at a location which I knew was a lie. Don’t purchase from them. Now I have to try and get refunded

Paid extra for expedited shipping and it’s been pending shipment for a week now. The site is probably a scam.

I bought a pair of socks on 12-02-2019. They were marked "shipped" on 12-08-2019. It is now 12-19-2019 and the socks still simply say "a shipping label was created" / Pre-Shipment.

I emailed them, received an automated response, went back with "help" and got some stupid generic message from Krissy.

Where the fuk are my socks.

Placed my order on 7th November it is now the 18th of december and still no arrival of my product. My emailed get answered with automated responses that solve nothing.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
