I have t-shirts that I bought back in 2018 and the print is still absolutely solid! Brilliant quality prints. No issues with my order and the clothes are super comfortable.

These guys are a scam. They ignore your mails when you cancel. Then confirm its cancelled, ship your item anyway and take your money - all the while refusing to reply to any corespondence. The unwanted item arrived from China today - never again

Terrible service. Ordered a product on 15th of November, still not yet received on 16th December. I have emailed 10 times asking for an update and not got a response. Scam.

I bought the Vaporwave T-shirt, the Hydrowave socks, and the Jazzy 90s trucker hat. The shirt and the socks were great. Really decent quality, and good color. But usually trucker hats are made with foam, and this one's front was made with some kind of semi-hard, plasticy fabric. I think it was fabric that was coated in something. And it was a little wrinkly when I got it, still a little wrinkly. It doesn't look bad when its on though. I won't return it because of the trouble I hear returns are, and I'm decently satisfied with it. Also it took about 24 days for it to get in, which isn't crazy long. I'd say I'm satisfied overall. I'll probably buy more shirts and socks from them but definitely no more hats.

Made an order with them, waited a month, to no avail. Reached out to them via email, twice, got no response.
Feels like I was scammed.

It's a damn shame, as they sell awesome looking clothes. What I hoped to be my new source of fun tshirts ended up being poorly managed, shady online shop.

I ordered the toy cart mat tracksuit. I decided to return because: (1) the product image shows a crewneck top but I received a hoodie instead, and (2) the material/construction was cheaper than I expected. I kept the original packaging, tags attached, and never wore the item besides initial try-on. Despite their stated return policy (full refund within 60 days for new items with tags attached), they ignored my multiple attempts to initiate a return.

I ordered a bunch of different sizes in the Cheeto sweatshirts and sweat pants because there were so many different reviews about sizing being off and small. This is the only Christmas present my teenage son really wanted, so I spent the extra money to ship numerous sizing options, totaling over $300.00. First, none of the sizes worked for my son. Second, the print is anything but bright and accurate. It looks muted and dull. I tried contacting customer service multiple times via email, which by the way is the only way you can reach them. I have yet to receive an email back and it's been over 3 weeks. The only email I received is the one canned response to my initial request, saying customer service will contact me regarding my return. There was nothing in the box with the clothing, no invoice, return slip, etc, so no way to even just ship this stuff back and hope for the best. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received. To not even respond??? No way to return the merchandise??? No number to call??? On their website they say returns up to 60 days, but at this point, if they don't respond for 60 days, will they not allow a return? Total joke.

I placed an order a month ago for a function that I need the shirt for on 10/10/20. As of today 10/5/20 my order is out of production and “shipped “ as per the company. That would be great if it did ship but nope. I was wondering for the last few days why fedex tracking has been saying pending to find out that it takes the 7-10 business days for this company to drop my order off at fedex to ship.... the same order that took a month to make when in reality it takes like an hour to print onto a t shirt and that’s over estimating it! On top of the delays... the only way to contact them is via email which is fine, if they ever respond to the email and not have an automated answer with a list of common questions and answers to basic problems. Now my function is coming up and I’m jammed with having to look elsewhere quickly to find something similar because these guys refuse to respond to emails... oh and I failed to mention the shirt is apparently also being mailed out from a town 20 minutes away from me.... I sent multiple emails regarding even picking it up in person instead of waiting on them to mail it and again I get the same automated response... it Wouk be nice if an actual person ever responded to my inquiry!!!!

I was so excited to get my shirt BUT it never came. The tracking number didn't work and their customer service didn't respond after several days.

The only things Soscribbly has given me are disappointment and a headache. I know their products are tempting and cool-looking but please yourself and your bank account a favor and stay away from them!

Placed an order May 7, 2020 as of today June 24,2020 still have not received it! The tracking number they have me did not work. Sent an email on June 9, 2020 to inform that I had not received it. June 10, 2020 Briana replies that they are sorry and sending a new jacket. Like I said it’s June 24, 2020 did no receive NO jacket sent an email asking for a refund June 22, 2020 and not received a response. So basically lost $57.50 since I have no jacket nor a refund. Horrible service!

It does run slightly small, everything else was absolutely perfect. Worth the price.
