Account manager is great and very responsive - wish there was some more reporting options on the site.

We are using Sortly, for a variety of projects. We have used it for the standard inventory of our housewares and linen and shelf stable pantries, but we have also used it to help with our Holiday Shoppes and checking out of our gaming consoles and movies. We have been able to customize it make it work for our needs.

Sortly has filled a void for our company in terms of tracking and visibility purposes, and we are so grateful! The communication with our Account Manager has been top notch and we look forward to continuing this partnership.

I signed to test their solution, everything made me feel I could test for free... as the solution was too simple and the price for the paid features super high I decided to not go further with them but silently (as their email arrives in my spams) they charged me ... and of course they don't want to gave your money back.
Edit to 2 stars as they agree to reimburse me for the remaining period but not for the 2 months I paid for no usage but it's better than nothing I guess

We recently switched from Sortly's Ultra plan to the Enterprise plan. All around, the Sortly team has been great to work with. Crystal was awesome in helping us figure out and switch to the plan that meets our current needs. After we were set up in the new plan and were prepping to roll out a new process with our team, we discovered a glitch. Aaron and Riley hopped right on it and were super helpful troubleshooting. They worked with the engineering team to figure out what was going on and then fixed it. Even though it wasn't anticipated to be fixed until the following week with a regularly scheduled update, the team knew that it would impact our department-wide training and made sure it was updated the next day! We appreciate their partnership!

SSteer clear of this company!
After seeing so many negative reviews, it’s clear this company isn’t reliable. Once all the hard work is done uploading your products, they unfairly hike the prices — a total rip-off! It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The few positive reviews here seem clearly paid or fake. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more trustworthy company!

Horrible greedy company, do not use. They have put many businesses in hardships because they start you out at $300 for years then they switch you to $1600 with less benefits. There are plenty of other apps out there that are way cheaper

After loyally subscribing to Sortly for three years and investing countless hours entering all of our inventory data into this software, we received an email from Sortly today stating that our subscription will increase from $468 to $1467 in 30 days. I would not recommend Sortly to anybody, and would urge anybody who is considering this software to run away.

I’ve been a Sortly customer for 5–6 years. Last year, without my permission, they increased my payment and moved me to a higher rate. After multiple emails, they admitted the mistake, apologized, and moved me back.
Now, I’ve received a 30-day notice that my plan will jump to more than double the cost — — with no real choice other than cutting off many of my items to qualify for a cheaper tier, or paying the inflated price. When I went to cancel, I was suddenly offered 40% off my subscription. This just confirms their strategy: wait until customers have built up large inventories (I have about 3,600 items) and then force them into paying drastically higher rates, knowing it will be a big inconvenience to switch.
Thankfully, I already have all my data zipped, exported to PDF, and my IT team is moving me to a new system. I’d rather spend time and money transitioning than give Sortly another penny.
This company is greedy and unethical. They care more about squeezing customers than offering fair value. I barely used most of their features, just inventory tracking and adding a few items a month. I don’t recommend Sortly to anyone — and I wouldn’t be surprised if more negative reviews keep rolling in.

Like many other reviewers, I started with a low cost of about $600. Now, two years later, they’re asking for nearly $6,000, that’s a 900% increase! They are unhelpful and don’t seem to care. They are hard to work with, and I regret my choice. Now I have to redo two years of work with another company. We are already working to create an alternative system with other frustrated clients like us so we don't get caught up again like this. Any more info please feel free to contact me.

Stay away from this company. We are a non-profit organization and started using Sortly a year ago. We paid our annual subscription and after a year of investing hundreds of man hours to get our inventory entered into the system they are now hitting us with an almost $4,000 price increase, which is double what we paid last year. This is the definition of a bait & switch. They have a good platform and will get you in the door with what seems like a reasonable price and once you have everything in the system they will double the price. BEWARE, BEWARE. If you want to be scammed sign up for Sortly. There are other options that do business ethically. We are a non-profit that helps sick and dying children and this is what they did to us.

I was paying less than $300 per year. New price increase is $1428. I will not use this company anymore.

So far has made inventory much better and easier.
very happy with this application.

If I could give a zero I would. I gave two stars three years ago and while things improved minimally now we are being GOUGED by a price increase of 93%. It’s not like there have been manor improvements in the software - it’s just pure greed. We were paying $2750/year and now it’s increasing to $5,376. We have been customers thru their inception in 2020 but why stay loyal to a company with zero cares for its customers.

What are you doing Sortly..tripling annual prices with just 10 days notice? Where is customer loyalty and support?
We will be looking for an alternative provider to manage our rental furniture inventory. Any suggestions anyone? And how we migrate it to another provider?

Reply from Sortly
We were reasonably happy with Sortly until they quadrupled their price. The final dealbreaker was that they were offering 40% off but only for new customers. They refused to give us that deal, so we are cancelling.

Reply from Sortly
This was a great service which we have used for years. But they have just told us they'll effectively increase our price by 400%! A doubling of price and a halving of the number of items we can have in the plan as they "migrate" us and abolish anything resembling our old plan.
