I don't like the constant pressure to upgrade to pro just to get the Api working just let your potential customers experience it first

CANT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
I had cancelled my subscription. However, a new subscription was subsequently created and charged to my bank account without my consent.

After cancelling that subscription as well, yet another subscription appeared, this time for MacOS, which resulted in a second charge. I have therefore been charged twice for subscriptions I did not intend to have.
These charges have caused my bank account to go into a negative balance, which should not be possible with the type of card I use. This makes the situation even more concerning.
I am requesting an immediate refund of both charges and a clear explanation of how multiple subscriptions were created after cancellation. Please also ensure that all subscriptions associated with my account are fully cancelled to prevent this from happening again.

One of the worst experiences I've had with tools.

1. It does not follow every click I got. I bought it to find broken affiliate links. It only registered like 150 clicks in 3 or 4 days to Amazon, while I have between 600-800 clicks PER DAY.. First: useless data. I can not trust.
2. When I wanted to click on more details when there was an issue: to see which links were broken: It just gave me a popup: you need to upgrade.. so I couldn't even see which links were broken. Horrible. I am on the 'Creator account'.
3. About 3 weeks after removing the software I got an email: you earned $35 last month. Huh? I removed everything, so I started to doubt it, and perhaps Lasso is still following my links, and their software is likely still buried in my website. And lo and behold, it is. I found hundreds and hundreds of "data-lasso-id" all over my website. This was not removed after I removed the software. They are likely still tracking everything without my consent. Without me knowing.
4. I asked 3 weeks via email to get my account removed.. and today I noticed that the billing was still going on.. Even though they refunded me (without me asking), and my account was still active, while they said they were removing my account. What's going on here? I already removed the tool from my website.... :(
5. When I removed the plugin from my website, I used a Database Clearner to find related junk, and it could still find lots of junk. Even after removing it with this software, I noticed today, that wasn't even enough for GetLasso continuing running on my website, unnoticed. I need to keep digging more.

This company and software is so sad.

Since resubscribing last Dec. 2025 to Lasso, I've received one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had for any product/service I've used anywhere online. Caitlin, the head of customer support, is not only incredibly helpful and professional, but proactively, she proposed solutions to other challenges that I was experiencing with managing my affiliate links. She and the company went as far as working with their developer to create and implement a plugin feature that she proposed would help with my situation. They did so without charging me anything extra, even if that feature is not part of what the plugin originally does. And the process of coordinating it with her felt like I was just working with a colleague in the same company but different department (support). That's such a relief in the now age of AI bot chat support. Now, the plugin. Since I've resubscribed, I found that they have developed many new features that I never even realized that a solopreneur affiliate business like mine needs. They are so dynamic and proactive in continuously upgrading the extent of the solutions that they offer. Their landing page and Youtube features alone will help any solopreneur who does not have the skill, time, or money to create their own site to display their affiliate links. Their internationalization of the links allowed me to do away with another service that had discreetly trapped me with a rule that my affiliate links will stop working if I unsubscribed from them, which Lasso doesn't do. And I guess the most important thing to mention is their effect on my CTR, which is what all the reviews have raved about when I was first researching what plugin to use. The site I'm using it in is a site that's been decimated by one of the algo updates, so the traffic is down to the floor, as compared to where it was. However, whatever audience I had left from the other search engines have proved to be a more focused one, and I am able to match their high intent to purchase by providing these beautiful, easy to create and manage affiliate displays that they enjoy browsing, and produced a CTR on Amazon that my LLM service has called phenomenal. I am so glad that I accidentally discovered that email from Andrew in my Spam folder, more than a month after he had sent it, which was a huge-discount, win-back offer that allowed my flailing business to afford using their top-notch service again and has helped revive a hope and drive in me that maybe, I could turn things around and eventually become profitable and flourishing.

The brand tends to spam your email inbox. There isn't a way to unsubscribe from the marketing emails. The emails stop for a while, but now, during the upcoming holiday season sales, I am spammed again. I'm not interested in the service.

This company continues to spam my inbox, despite repeated requests to stop. I've never contacted them before so it's completely involuntary. Even when I block them, they manage to email me again somehow. Who wants to do business with a company that engages in such practices?

Lasso is a great product. For someone who's not techy like me, it makes the job so much easier. And it looks great on my site. The customer service Caitlin provided helped me with my billing inquiry, and I truly appreciate it.

It builds attractive information boxes with a very Amazon-feel to make the customer feel at home, in a familiar place. It is easy to creae several kinds of displays including tables, lists and galleries. I use this in hundreds of places all over my site to inject buying opportunities. I can't say enough about customer service, they go out of their way to make working with the tool a good experience. I am now deploying it to four sites. I used to build not even half-as-good buy boxes using other tools, it took forever and it was full of Gutenberg annoyances. This is magic by comparison. LOVE IT.

The most important feature just under creating beautiful buy-boxes is the fact that you can update tons of links from one screen. This is similar to other link managers that don't offer visual displays of the outgoing links. You create the link in the Lasso interface, and then can use that link in tons of places. If the link goes 404, you only have to update one link in Lasso to change the outgoing address throughout your site.

As someone new to the world of affiliate marketing, I’ve found the Lasso tool easy to integrate and very easy to use. I wouldn’t have been able to include product pictures in my blog posts as a new Amazon associate without the Lasso tool (and having images really makes a difference).

The thing that I most appreciate about Lasso, however, is their customer service. The team is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. You can tell that it’s real people handling inquires and not AI (which is rare these days).

When I was in a difficult situation, and I didn’t think I could continue to use Lasso, the team generously helped me to work out a payment plan.

I’m really grateful, and 10/10 would recommend. Having Lasso has been a very positive experience for me.

What do you expect from spam advertisers? You have to ask yourself, did you go looking for them? Or did they magically find you and send you an offer? Check out the reviews, you will clearly see their practices. Trust the reviews, you don't want to go down that road. Just blacklist their domain and move on.

Of course it is a scam, why would anyone in their right mind trust a bunch of spammers who offer to "help you make more money on affiliate links"? I mean, if they were THAT good at earning affiliate income, wouldn't they be doing that instead of helping others? Can't believe how gullible people are. NEVER reply to spammers, they are NOT your friends!

In response to their reply: Wow! I didn't realize that pre-sales experiences with companies were exempt from reviews! If you don't want your potential customers to know about your business practices, you might consider changing them instead of going after the people who honestly report their experiences. Just a thought ;-)

Fantastic product and excellent customer service!

I mainly use Lasso to help me get a view of all my affiliate earnings across multiple networks all in one place. It even gives me a daily email of all earnings broken down by advertiser and network - which saves me even having to login to the dashboard!

Support has been brilliant, always a quick reply and Caitlin in particular has been so helpful if ever there have been any issues!

For any affiliate publisher I highly recommend checking out all Lasso has to offer!

Awful experience. Stole my money.

I had an interaction with an employee at Lasso recently and she was so exceptional that I had to write a review (which I never do!). Her name was Caitlin and she was friendly and super efficient and solved my problem even better than I had expected it to be. So I just wanted to come on here to give her a great review!! I don't know if Lasso's other employees are as good as she is but she was amazing in a era where customer service is often sorely lacking.

Lasso has transformed my affiliate marketing experience and efforts far beyond my expectations! Before, managing thousands of links was chaotic and too time-consuming, but now everything is organized and easy to update; I can't even begin to tell you how much time it's saved me! Plus, the link cloaking and customizable displays make my site look professional and user-friendly. While it's not the cheapest, the value is undeniable, and the responsive customer support you'll receive is far superior to what you'll get with anyone else! I've tried Affiliate-X and AAWP, and they don't even come close; it's just a waste of money if you ask me! The good folks who own and manage Lasso really care about their product and customers, which you won't find with the other cheaper, limited services. Speaking of cost, Lasso pretty much pays for itself, so I wouldn't stress the price because you get far more back than what you pay! I Highly recommend it to any affiliate marketer using WordPress!

It's a TON of work to add all the links to lasso, if you have an existing site of any size. And then you're stuck for life. Because while they say it's easy to remove lasso, it is absolutely not. You will need to remove every single display box, table, comparison box, etc manually. It took me several months to add all my links and will now take me several more to undo everything. It is absolutely not worth it. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This tool has many bugs and is missing important features, like editing a product after adding it. It also wastes a lot of time.

The WordPress plugin does exactly what I need it to. It makes displays tables and grids for all my product review posts.

I'm excited about the new affiliate commission boosts even though i haven't tried it yet. It's just cool to have a company that actually cares about affiliates.

I'm surprised by some of the reviews here. Maybe I have lower expectations, but Lasso has done everything I've asked for, and their support has been quick to help if I get stuck.

I’ve been using Lasso for over 2 years & I wish I found it sooner. I run a site that promotes products so Lasso was the perfect choice for me! The plugin has made it so much easier to manage my affiliate links as I can create groups, the plugin tells me when a product is out of stock and I’m able to customise how I would like the product displayed with options to fit my brand perfectly.

I’ve reached out to their customer service a few times and every time I've been greeted with friendly and helpful people who genuinely care about you.

I highly recommend Lasso and if I start a new project in the future, I will definitely use them again!
