My husband and I moved into our new flat in March and had such a great experience with Piers Garnham - we know we are a bit late with our review (sorry Piers!) but just wanted to express how attentive and speedy Piers was with communication and getting us our flat as soon as possible. Amazing experience with SO Resi after having issues prior to this trying to get a flat - such a relief how speedy it was!

I am currently in the process of purchasing a property through SO Resi and so far I’ve had a really positive experience throughout what has honestly been quite a stressful process at times.

I especially want to mention Renee, Huw and Amber-Leigh, who have all been incredibly supportive, responsive and reassuring throughout the journey so far. As a first-time buyer, there have been moments where things became overwhelming, particularly with mortgage delays and additional lender requirements, but they have always been professional, patient and understanding.

Amber-Leigh has been consistently helpful with updates and communication, Renee has been incredibly reassuring and supportive during difficult moments, and Huw has also been very approachable and professional throughout the process.

The team has genuinely made me feel supported rather than just another case number, and I really appreciate the level of communication and care shown during such an important milestone.

I had a really positive experience working with Nikolay during the sale of my apartment. From start to finish he was professional, approachable and extremely responsive, and he made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt kept up to date and supported. Nikolay was proactive, quick to help whenever issues arose, and genuinely seemed to care about getting things progressed smoothly for everyone involved.

He was also a pleasure to deal with on a personal level: friendly, honest and easy to reach whenever we had questions.

I genuinely don’t think I could have managed the process without him, even to the point that when my case was reassigned, I specifically asked for it to go back to Nikolay again, which I’m sure, given the complexities of my transaction, may not have been his ideal scenario!

So Resi have helped with the sale of my shared ownership flat and overall has been really positive. Lubna has been my main point of contact and she’s always being really responsive, friendly and helpful guiding me through the different stages. The photos and Rightmove listing all looked great too.

So far our journey with So RESI has been plain sailing! We were kept in the loop with our allocation process and the whole team during this were amazing!
