Horrible product. I generally read reviews before I make a purchase but this time I didn’t.
The product (pants) took forever to arrive. They are misshapen and made of a thin, stinky polyester.
I regret not doing my due diligence.

I am extremely disappointed with ( Sophia & Claire Vancouver ). I ordered two dresses, and the quality was far below expectations. The material feels cheap, poorly made, and nothing like what was advertised on the website. To make matters worse, one of the dresses I received was completely different from the one I ordered.
This was a frustrating and disappointing shopping experience. The photos and descriptions do not accurately represent the products being sold. I wasted my money on items that are not worth the price.

I also tried contacting customer service using the email address provided on their website, but I never received any response.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor quality, inaccurate orders, and misleading product representation.

Ordered item through Facebook. Funds taken from my bank with no email confirming order.

The dress, when it eventually arrived, was indescribably awful, nasty polyester fabric, like wearing a clingy plastic bag. I am asking for a refund but they are blocking my emails.
Lesson learned, check reviews before buying anything online. Do not buy from this company.

It’s very poor product , cheap material nothing like what you see,please do not buy from this people it’s based in China an£ you can’t send it back as they ask you to pay 40 dollars to send it back, it’s fake , they are not based in Oxford but in China

I ordered these boots that were on sale for $100 and originally $150. It was an impulse buy but they looked good on the website and had a unique colour. Never again will I order from here. They were shipped from China and didn't even come in a box, just bubble wrap. They looked cheap and not the same colour. I was upset because I paid over $100 for those. On their website, they state we can return if we aren't satisfied. I requested it and they wanted reasoning and photos of what was wrong, making it seem that I had to convince them their product was garbage. Never again...

Total rip off! Don’t have anything to do with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered two dresses that both said they were 100% cotton. They were cheap junk polyester. This company is not in Toronto. The dresses came from China. No refund because they were on sale. There was only one item on their entire website that wasn’t on sale. They eventually offered me 30% refund and I keep the dresses or I could return them to China at my expense but the return has to be sent with a tracking number. Cost was $89 even after I made the package as small and light as was humanly possible. They are scammers through and through.

Complete scam, continuously opens under a new name. Avoid any of these "Claire" stores or ones that don't have an actual address.

Total scam. Cheap knockoffs from China. Very poor quality. Nothing like the advertised photos.

Items were extremely poor quality and the shoes were two sizes too small.

Tried to contact customers services and they would only refund me 10%. They claimed returns were at my own cost.

Do not buy from here.

Say they are based in Melbourne, not Melbourne...China. Worst quality I have ever seen... if I had known so bad you wouldn't even buy them. It is a total fraud.

Dodgy company, based in China, wont withdraw order unless it's within an hour. If you contact them they churn out generic replies a day later that don't resolve any issues. Nothing like its described - terrible quality, described as cotton, received polyester, no labels, jacket not lined. They are not from Melbourne, you have to pay for postage to China if you want to return it

I would rather put zero stars. The items are not what you see pictured at all. The beige wool coat looks crap with a pink hue, the grey coat looks cheap, the black pants are waaay smaller than what the size says it is. Overall for the money spent I would’ve been better off buying clothes from Temu 🙄 Don’t buy from here as it’s not worth the $ and the clothes are crap

Total scam. Ordered a ‘pure wool’ coat, received an ill-fitting, poor quality 100% polyester coat. Total waste of money. It was shipped internationally, so definitely not a “Melbourne store closing down”. Do not buy from here!!

100% scam. Supposed to be a Melbourne store that's closing down. Paid foreign currency exchange fee. Took ages to be delivered (from OS, no doubt). Inferior quality. What looked like a knit sweater was a tacky print on cheap polyester fabric. Paid nearly $150 for products that should have been $20 each, max. As soon as I opened the package and saw that the items were nothing like the photos on the website, I sent an email requesting a full refund. Fingers crossed I get the refund, but unlikely. Lesson learned - check TrustPilot before buying anything online.

This company is a scam. Claim to be a boutique in Melbourne, then claim to be an online Australian business (they do not have an ABN). The clothes are of POOR quality.

The products are made in China and are of the same quality as Shein/Temu but at Boutique prices.

one of the items I received was not the one advertised.

I requested a refund and was told to receive a full refund, I would have to ship the products back to China at my own expense (they quoted between $120-140, I got quoted approx $70) OR I could get A 30% REFUND and keep the products. I pushed back and they offered a 40% refund.

I have reported them to ACCC, NSW fair trading, Paypal & will report to ATO.

DO NOT BUY from them > Total scam

After I learnt they just used to AI to create a store and brand that never exists in Australia from newspaper . I tried to cancel the order but they did not cancel for me. The cloths were just nothing like the pictures online. They’re very poor quality and shocking. It’s absolutely a scam

I wish I looked at this before I bought, I’m usually on the ball with this type of stuff. Definite scam, said it was $400 reduced to $100. There is a picture of two ladies saying closing down, I also noticed there were other websites with the same thing! Elle Melbourne, Azzura Melbourne, Airi Bay, Aussie Vogue , Maddison Rae, there is heaps more. They need to be investigated.
