I ordered the product last year with the hope of receiving the item in their proposed time frame. It did not appear and when I asked for more information they shared a link to a tracking website which merely stated my item had gone through the customs process in China 1 month ago.
When pushed they simply stated that they would not honour a refund.
In the end I had to go through my bank to open a dispute with Soo Fluffy - fortunately my bank secured a full refund.
I really wouldn't recommend the site - in general I would recommend avoiding these dropshipping style sites and go straight through the suppliers at ali express or similar.

Don’t even want to be giving them 1 star it should be 0. I ordered my items mid December I was told it would come mid January. It is now February I have had no sign of the order and no email whatsoever to tell me what has been going on. I then have to reach out to get the information that my item still hasn’t even been dispatched in February.. and I get told “I’ll receive more information soon”. Please don’t buy from this company! They will take your money but won’t sent you the items you payed for.

Ordered in November, It's now February. First they blamed covid, now its brexit. Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Every email is met with a generic response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - It is a scam. Steal your money and send nothing and won’t refund. Disgraceful company that should be banned. Ordered November. Multiple emails and now February and no sign of products or refund.

Instagram should ban SooFluffy from advertising. I saw an advert for fluffy joggers and placed an order on 9th December after they told me my order would arrive in time for Christmas. According to the tracking app it hasn’t left China. 1st they say COVID and now it’s Brexit. What a scam, they take your money and don’t deliver anything.

2 months and still not received my order - "sofluffy" should be called "soslowdontbother" you can literally sail across the world in the time this order has taken & still yet to arrive.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a top on December 10th. When they said it wouldn’t be here by Xmas I was understanding. Then when I was told a week in January I said ok. Didn’t come and then i asked for a refund (which they take 20%). They said 7 days. It has now been nearly 3 weeks. They have a very unique way as well for answering customers queries which I find irritating. Would honestly not advise anyone to deal with this company. They are shocking!!

I was really pleased with the joggers I ordered. Great quality and sooo comfy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. If I could give 0 stars I would, 6 weeks and I still have not received any confirmation that my order has even left their warehouse. I have emailed multiple times and just keep getting an automated response. Asked for my money back and they still have not even bothered to email back. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY LEAVING YOU WITHOUT THE ITEM..

As with other reviews if I could give zero stars I would placed order end of nov ...still waiting numerous emails sent with the same answer please be patient blah blah blah this has to be the worst company I have EVER dealt with I even asked for a refund to get told they couldn't refund items that are in transit well AM I EVER GONNA RECIEVE MY ITEMS AND ARE THEY ACTUALLY COMING? Or have they just taken over 100 quid of my money.....diabolical 🤬

Worst company i’ve ‘bought’ something from, paid £35 for a onesie on the 28th of November and it’s currently the 5th of February and i still haven’t got it yet, several emails saying its on its way or its getting sorted but still nothing

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order on 7th December as I wanted it to be a Christmas present. As of the 3rd February, I am still without my order. Whenever I contacted the company I simply got COVID as an excuse and was told it is in transit! I would NOT recommend.
If I had my parcel I would comment on quality as well but as I do not have my parcel after 2 months, I cannot.

Terrible, dreadful, awful, scammers, no stock in UK, goods never arrived, standard response and they blatantly ignore consumer rights act to refund of goods don’t arrive within timeframe.

Hello all, let me start by saying if you have come to this website and are still expecting your package... tough! Youre out of luck I'm afraid. Order placed on the 2nd of December, today is the 2nd of February - no order. They just keep sending me canned responses saying it will show up and that they care about their customers or some... stuff. Paying for a service then being withheld that service is illegal. Just FYI.

Ordered start of December just respond with lies about order on its way, BREXIT, Covid issues, VAT issues and so on. Wont give a refund.
