Interestingly, you replied to my review with a response that does not address my concerns. I accessed your primary product, and I was not impressed. Again, I was logging in correctly. Your process kept me in a loop that kept trying to charge me again for the bonuses. Your responses are not immediate due to the time and country differences. As I explained in my emails, your products kept popping up in French; even in your translated videos, some written portions are in French. That does not work for me since I do not speak or read your language. Therefore, the process and the program were more complicated than necessary by requiring me to change the language from screen to screen constantly. Your refund form stated that I could not access the bonuses and program once I received my refund, which was fine. However, the problem was that I could not access all the program products. I am intelligent enough to follow instructions, and all the products were inaccessible without paying for them again. Your refund form contradicts your Terms and Conditions. Your refund policy should be visible on the main page for the purchase and not hidden. However, when I did try to back out, it charged me anyway. It is straightforward because of all the issues: process my refund, and we can eliminate all of this. I cannot paste the information from your refund form here, but I have the visual screenshot of precisely what it states as a reminder before you process your refund request. I am truly disappointed with your product and your customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! This product does not work as described. I learned the hard way and whatever you do, DO NOT upgrade to PRO because they’ve failed to deliver the bare minimum in the basic features. Moreover, PRO ($129) is non-refundable. They get you with the “pressure” video about all of the features available in PRO that will significantly improve the quality of your ebook. But here’s the catch - the basic fails to deliver. Woefully fails. So, buyer beware. This is a scam. They will refund you the $9, $19 and $29 products but the PRO is non-refundable (as they repeat in their emails pointing to the Terms and Services). If you are looking to create only AI generated material that reads like it’s been created by AI and flood the market with unauthentic content, then this product is for you. But if you truly want to create a quality ebook and use an editor that allows you to customize format, add pictures and increase the quality of your book - THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. This is where we learn from the saying, “if it’s too good to be true, it’s probably not.” This is a solid NOT!

PS: Read the poorly written Terms and Services chock full of spelling errors before you engage. Again, buyer beware.

There's officially a money back guarantee, but only for a fraction. Don't be fooled by "Lifetime access", as once your pages are consumed you need to pay again and again to upload. Furthermore no video function apart from already published Youtube Videos. Customer service was not very helpful either.

False advertising and bot generated reviews that artificially inflate their trustpilot ratings. Read through the positive comments and realize that they’re all saying the same thing with the same syntax as if an AI had written it. Humans are not this monotone, c’mon.

Beware of this scam and search up the article written by Medium that cautions against this ebook service. No intelligible human wants to purchase and read what an AI wrote. It simply lacks originality and creativity. Please don’t fall for baits that are too good to be true.

I listened to their videos and thought it was a good deal. I paid $29 for the "lifetime access". I uploaded my pdf to generate an e-book. Immediately after, the system asked me to deposit more money to get more pages. I deposited an extra $5. I tried to generate my e-book and the system asked me to deposit more money. I gave up at that point. Sonicbook.ai is designed to milk your money! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

This is an absolute scam. This is just a money making exercise, the product is absolutely absolute and the response after taking money is just not available. They have swiped monies from my account and are non responsive.

I have read the response by Sonic and my response is that I maintain my stand. I have evidence basis what I went through and how I had to lodge a complain with cyber security cell a Government police authority. My review stands and will prove my point if anyone wants.

Don’t fall for this fake app. They lure you in with promises of "lifetime access" and then hit you with hidden tricks to milk more money out of you. They create a so-called "eBook" filled with half-empty pages and claim you’ve already used up the 100 pages you paid for with your "lifetime access." Then they demand you buy more pages! It’s an absolute joke and a blatant cash grab. Stay away from this terrible product! 👎👎

This is the worst example of what a company is. I bought their product several days ago and as soon as I started using it, it doesn't work well, I haven't been able to use it. I immediately sent an email to support and they haven't even responded to me, for several days. I have sent them messages on their social networks and they don't read them either. It seems like a ghost company. I think I'm going to file a fraud complaint with my bank to claim the money I paid.

Infinite Content training is useful, but I think it's better suited for bigger business. For small entrepreneurs like me, the strategies are a bit too much to handle.

I would like to report that the website Sonicbook.ai, advertised through Google, is a scam and fraud. The website admin did not respond to my email. I paid $27 for the Basic package and $119 for the Pro package, but the content is of poor quality and not worth the money. I want my money back. I will announce it to everyone so that many people will no longer be deceived by this website. Please take immediate action to protect other users.

I watched the sonicbookAi video and I signed up, the link you have sent does not work, I have emailed the customer services email and no reply, all in all I am thinking this could be fraud now, it is really unprofessionally not to be able to log in or get any help when you sign up, so I have requested a full refund urgently, if no reply I shall contact the credit card company, but I am hoping someone replies and I shall remove the review if this happens and it is not fraud.

I am extremely upset. As have been to reach customer service and have written Valentin directly.
My projects won’t open in the editor, making it useless, have time limitations & have expressed that and it has been over 72 hrs… their customer service replies that they will return your emails within 24 to 72 hrs, and it is is nearing 82 hrs. I think I need to cancel, and that will likely take forever too. I had purchased the 19 dollar free domain books, but I see nowhere to even access them or is mentioned that one can get a refund on them. Me suits tres desole !!? Has anyone received timely customer service please? Thank you
