My experience was good. They got me a price within my budget. I just had to be a little patient. Everything was professional. Grace was very helpful. I would use them again.

Had a great experience with them, even though it ended up costing me a little more than agreed on because i need it sooner rather than later but car came in perfect condition. Driver even shared location so i can track his eta. Would definitely use them again!

DO NOT USE!! COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH PRICES!! The driver canceled the day of the scheduled pick up. Then they tried to more than double the quoted price. When I refused to increase my budget because I obviously went with this company based on their quote, he asked if I wanted to cancel. I told him I would not accept their increased prices (per the contract any changes had to be agreed upon) and he asked if I wanted to cancel because he was holding a driver at the increased price. I said I would not accept that price but I would give him time to try to find a new driver at a lower price. However, he repeatedly stated he wouldn't be able to find one that all he was finding was more. Granted I did say I needed the car at the mechanic the next day. HOWEVER, I spoke with this man TWICE on the phone and he never said I would be responsible for their driver's canceling at the last minute causing me to pay a 200.00 fee. If he had I would have tried to arrange a later drop off date. PUNITIVE CANCELATION FEES. He knew they could not find a driver to keep the quoted price and I wouldn't increase my budget so the only way they would make money was to get me to "cancel" before their 5 day window. DO NOT PRESS 1 IF YOU GET SENT A TEXT TO CONFIRM ANYTING. IGNORE IT. Then they say it's in the contract. Yes, it is i admit it is, and i read that. However, they canceled first, they more than doubled the agreed upon price and kept trying to get me to increase my budget to more than I wanted, AND he asked me if I wanted to cancel. He also never said I would still be responsible for the cancelation fee, but just kept saying its in the contract, that THEY BROKE FIRST! I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Very speedy pickup and delivery along with excellent communications made this a high level experience. I’m Super sketchy about businesses in general and very critical of customer service, but they did an excellent job in that category.Not to mention the price was very very competitive which was icing on the cake.

Trevor went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle was able to be picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Communication was never a problem with him and even after the vehicle was delivered, he made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. He's very professional and attends to your needs. The price that was given was very accommodating and he worked with me to get the price I needed.

Sonic Auto Transportation helped us transport a Ford Raptor 37 from South Dakota to San Diego. Christian at Sonic Auto Transportation managed our project from end to end and is absolutely wonderful to work with. Given the rapidly evolving environment due to significant increases in gas prices, sourcing and maintaining the transport was challenging. Christian leaned into this and was keenly focused on a solution as he is results oriented, client focused, and a great communicator. Even when an initial driver fell through Christian rapidly shared the information with us and went to work to find another, which he did. Our Raptor arrived on time and as scheduled and all of the paper work and processing was seamless from end to end. I credit Christian's skill and dedication to making this such a success and we will definitely use Sonic Auto Transport again and will seek our Christian to lead our project. It was a quick and easy process! They dropped my car off very carefully and had good communication with me through the whole process!

After a bad experience with a different company we switched to Sonic. The experience was the complete opposite of the first company. Harper responded quickly and clearly. The process was smooth and we received the car without any additional hassle and no surprise charges.

I ordered transport. Was told one day, than told another day still told another day. So far the car hasn’t been picked up and my calls aren’t being returned.
