I ordered a software that was supposed to fix the error that I was getting on my computer but, unfortunately it didn't work. I contacted support and spoke with Troy Austin for a refund. He was very helpful and professional. He gave me the refund and the number to reach him if I had any further problems or questions. I am very pleased with the customer service and will buy products from this company again if I need any further assistance. Kudos to Troy Austin it was a pleasure working with you to get my refund.

This company charged me £43.14 on 22/11/2022 for a software I never ordered (order #196891589) from 2Checkout. I claimed it to be refunded, they raised the refunded order to me, which has not arrived. Any further contacts have been ignored.

Superb customer service re purchase of File Magic
I purchased File Magic Bronze Edition in order to try and open, then convert, an E-book .kfx file to Epub. For some reason it did not appear to work. Had excellent diagnostic help from Alex George at Solvusoft - timely and professional. Together, we found that File Magic would open files with literally any extension I could find on my PC. It turned out that the .kxf file was corrupted. Since I had no further need for the File Magic app they generously agreed to refund the purchase price. Superb response in an age where companies would rather fob you off, or quote the small print, than do the fair thing. Well done Solvusoft (and Alex of course !).

Immediately reached a helpful live human!
I can't yet vouch for WinThruster and WinSweeper as I just started them. But being able to immediately reach a live human by phone (unlike Adobe) is always impressive to me. And "Alex", a woman, was very patient and didn't want me to leave her until my problem was solved. And it was. Thanks, Alex.
