DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You can't talk to a person to place your order. You have to place it yourself online! I placed my order and it was all wrong! That's what happens when you can't talk over the phone with an agent to help you. Now that I'm trying to return my order, I keep trying to print a return label but I keep getting a message saying " return label not available". I've tried emailing customer service with no response. I've tried calling customer service and get the message "there are no agents available". This place is a joke! Take it from me, save yourself time, money and stress, and don't order from Solstice Sunglasses!!!!!

The website says 2-7 business days for arrival. It has been 15 business days, and tracking says it hasn't even been received to ship. I have contacted the company 3 times, and they keep saying to wait another 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated. Clearly, it is not shipping, and they do not plan on shipping my sunglasses. Horrible customer service!

I never received my sunglasses i would never order from here again i will be calling first thing in the am i ordered my sunglasses April 24th still no package

had a discontinued model of frames I wanted in stock. Painless to order. We'll see how quick they deliver. So far, so good.

I ordered a pair of frames and I totally forgot to add the lenses. I contacted customer service and was lucky enough to speak with a lovey representative named Lisa, who helped me with my problem. Through all the emails Lisa was a champion and totally took care of my order and processed the order. All while giving 100% great customer service- thank you, great job! I couldn’t be more pleased with my recent purchase, again thank you!

Ordered a pair of glasses over 2 weeks ago. Order has not shipped, no updates, tried to call customer service a recording says there is no one to help you leave a message.

I never received my order. This is a scam.

I placed an order, but I received Dolce & Gabbana glasses instead of the Burberry ones I ordered—not to mention that the wait time was three weeks.

Zero updates or communication about my order, I’m not even sure this is a real company. Would not recommend using them ever.

Costumer service is horrible. The glasses never shipped and I contacted them and never heard back but only got an email saying they were closed for Passover.

Received counterfeit item with no box case or papers. Item was used showing signs of previous wear

Not sure this is even legitimate. The the order confirmation came from some weird email address and there was not Us solstice sunglasses.com domain. I wrote back to customer support to confirm and the ticket was immediately closed. I have not received the items but will circle back here if I ever do and it’s not rip off.
