Very bad and disappointing shopping…

Very bad and disappointing shopping experience.

I placed an order and received an official order confirmation, while the item was clearly shown as available on the website. Several days later, I was suddenly informed that the item was sold out. This kind of late cancellation is unacceptable.

I contacted customer service by email in advance and clearly mentioned that this order was a gift needed urgently for the weekend, but this was completely ignored. When I followed up, I received only generic, copy-paste explanations instead of accountability or a real solution.

Their online chat is handled only by an AI system and offers no real support. Emails are answered very late, if at all. Instead of admitting poor communication and slow handling, they try to justify it with cliché explanations about “technical issues” and “limited availability.”

The credibility of an online shop is based on customer satisfaction, transparency, and responsiveness. Unfortunately, s.Oliver failed in all of these areas.

I strongly advise other customers to be cautious before ordering from this website, especially if the order is time-sensitive or intended as a gift.

Not even worth 1 star

Not even worth 1 star. Paid in advance for my order through IDEAL proposed on their site. Sent everything back and never got my money back. Los almost 300 euro! They say that they didn't take the money from my creditcard and I tried to explain my card is a debit creditcard so not a real creditcard, the money was taken and it's gone. Scammers!!!!

Bij ontvangst gaf de label aan de jas aan: Filler with recycled down .
Recycled Down is a mix of 600 or 700-fill-power goose and duck down reclaimed from cushions, bedding and other used items that can't be resold.

Croatia store - slow, outdated and unfriendly

I ordered some accessories, and I think this brand in general is overpriced. What annoys me is how slow they process the payment, no delivery date/tracking number. I feel like it's outdated. When I complained to customer service, I got an automatic message (signed by Karmen) that sounded like: 'Thanks but we don't care'. I don't think I will order from them ever again.

Very bad quality shoes

Very bad quality shoes. Soles are so thin you feel every small stone on the road Very painfull. Soles are easily broken and side parts detach from shoes. Not waterproof

Shoes lasted less than a month with…

Shoes lasted less than a month with just regular walking. The bottom came completely off from the sole. No binding between the two layers, just very poor stitching. 50 euros wasted for a product that didn’t even last a month. Unacceptable in my mind, and I think in yours.

Buy some budget Nikes instead, this is disgusting.

Bad experience.

I'm disappointed with their service and update. Ordered a package that was never shipped or received by the post service. I didn't get any updates or refunds. Talked to them twice and so far no solution has been offered. Will not order here again.

Expensive boots, poor quality

Bought a pretty expensive s. Oliver's boots for winter. After 1 season (around 3-4 month of use) they started to break in every place possible. Very poor quality of material and assembly

Poor customer service

Good quality clothes but very poor customer service. The style of communication is very off-putting. There is lack of information about the return policy and when approached with simple questions customer service use quite rude and abrupt language. I felt that my concerns were not heard or addressed.
I would not feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Good quality shoes

I only purchase shoes for my girlfriend and I. I never had any problems. If the size is big, or it has another issue, you can return it for free. The quality of the shoes are good. I recommend buy the shoes! They have a good range.

Perhaps they improved their services?

Perhaps they improved their services, because I saw S.Oliver's TrustPilot reviews after I placed my order, and I can say that I am happy with their overall service. Placed an order for some denim dungarees, which arrived after 2 weeks (waiting time significantly increased due to the covid-19). The material was good, but the item was a size too big for me, so I had to return it. Their return procedures are clear and easy, and they paid me back after a week or so, so no complaints for my part.

Don't order

Don't order! it's the most unprofessional and most unreliable service.
I ordered, they sent the order to the wrong address, as a consequence I never received the order. Now S.Oliver does refuse to give me my money back, when I'm not able to return the items. Unbelievable, I can't return, because they have not sent it to me. They made a mistake and they make their issue my problem. Looks like I'm going to loose 40EUR. Rest assure, I will never touch the brand again, neither online nor offline.

Think twice
Shopped online with Liebeskind, a company under S.Oliver. First experience was fine since I did not need to return the product. Second was horrible. Returned the product, but refund never was received for weeks. Contacted them, they did not bother to check with their bank, just kept confirming with their internal bookkeeping. They insisted that they have sent the refund, but I just somehow didn't receive it. The refund arrived today, but it was a horrible experience. Think twice about the cost of time and money before purchasing from them.

Still, have to say, a male customer service from Liebeskind Berlin Germany has always been very friendly. I just don't understand why such an international company can't even deal with such an easy task as refunding.
