I contacted customer support regarding a return and received an automated response confirming that my message had been received and that a customer service agent would respond shortly.
Unfortunately, despite waiting a considerable amount of time, I have received no follow-up, no update, and no explanation. I had to reach out again, which should not be necessary for a simple return inquiry.
This level of customer service is drastically poor and very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering here if you expect timely support or proper communication.

Poor Fabric
The fabric of my pair of jeans began to fray and tear in two places after 1 year. First and last purchase. Customer Service took 2 month to reply.
No refund and communication
I’ve returned a part of my order early December. No refund or communication whatsoever. I’ve reached out to them on several occasions. Looking at the previous recent reviews more customers are facing the same issue. Be aware before ordering here atm.,

I purchased several items from them more than a month ago and decided to return them. DHL informed me that the items were delivered to them on December 12, 2026. To this day, I have not received a refund. They might be going bankrupt and no longer refunding.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I purchased 3 items on their website and returned one on 3/12/2025 for a 180€ value (order #351673NLB). They recieved the item back on 8/12/2025 as stated by UPS tracking service. Days went by and no notifications whatsoever recieved. I wrote them an email on 18/12/2025, no answer, a second one on 23/12/2025, NOTHING. Thankfully, i paid trough paypal so i opened a complaint case trying to get my money back. To this day still waiting for a reply and my money back!!! Honestly, i always buy online with confidence and almost never recieved a treatment like this. I will never buy again from them.
Excellent costumer service
A week ago, during the Black Friday sale, I visited the Groningen store to find a gift for my boyfriend, and the young man who assisted me was incredibly kind. He suggested several items my boyfriend might like, offered helpful color recommendations, and even made me a warm coffee since it was freezing outside. Excellent customer service from Francisco!
Lovely store
Went to this store with my husband, wonderful service, such nice employees with lots of knowledge about their brand. The shirts my husband brought are great quality and don’t shrink in the washing machine.

Extra hidden charges for returns
I ordered the jeans online, but when they arrived they did not look or fit like advertised at all. However, as this does happen all the time, I didn’t think much of it and just wanted to return the item. However to my surprise even though I bought these jeans for almost 100€ I still had to pay the shipping costs and on top of that, when I wanted to return the jeans, I had to pay an insurance for my return, otherwise I would not get my money reimbursed, if the package got lost or stolen. Feels like they don’t care about their customers.
