Popped in after having seen some sandals in the window out of hours. Tried them on and immediately loved. My friend saw a bag that she loved, so we bought both items. Lovely service from the sales adviser too. We're very lucky to have a shoe shop like this in West Malling with such a lovely selection of shoes and bags. This is what makes WM such a niche place to want to visit.

He needs supportive shoes and I always have confidence that Michelle and the other girls will fit him correctly. He loves them too (I came downstairs at 7am this morning to find him wearing them!)

Have used Soles With Heart since I moved to the area 6 years ago and can’t fault anything about them! Every pair of shoes purchased has been fitted perfectly and they will never send you off with a pair that don’t fit every part of the child’s foot correctly. Michelle, Connie and the rest of the lovely ladies never make you feel pressured or rushed and give you all the time needed to find the right pair - even when you go in with three young children on a very busy Saturday!
