Fantastic lockdown service!
Messaged yesterday for some shoes for my son, we got some options straight back and then home delivery with fitting support from the doorstep - social distancing fully complied with and reassurance that we have well fitting shoes for tiny feet. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you very much

Excellent lock down service! Theresa called me to get an idea of sizes/ styles and brought various shoes to our house for the children to try on while guiding me as to how they should fit from a safe distance. Great service!

Very highly recommend Soles With Heart shoe shop in West Malling. We bought our school shoes 3 weeks ago, son was size 5.5. Today we went back for trainers, they remeasured him, he's now a 6.5. We know he was properly measured before because the shoes were so comfortable and he loved them. Today they were uncomfortable. He's grown 2 sizes in 3 weeks. The staff were absolutely astounded. We took the shoes back in, thankfully not worn yet, and they worked absolute miracles with tricky, narrow feet and a smaller stock at the very end of the holidays, so that he has shoes to start secondary school with on Tuesday. They went above and beyond and I just want to sing their praises for what they did for us today ❤️

Stress-free...and a stark contrast to the ‘horror stories’ that other people seem to experience going to the big chain shops...love to support small businesses and we get quality shoes that actually fit my child..it’s a win win...totally worth it!!

Soles with Heart don’t do budget shoes, but they really do know their stuff, and take the time to make sure every shoe fits perfectly. Their customer service is excellent, even on busy days, and on the one occasion (with three children, in several years) that I had a problem with a faulty shoe, it was immediately replaced.
