Highly recommended. Gareth informed me of every aspect so I could make informed decisions every step of the way. The focus was always with me, the wheelchair user, in mind. Communications have been brilliant, including when I've had non-typical questions (I can't use any standard cushions so he sourced information on the foam seating I'd tried so I could have a starting point when talking to a foam supplier).

A huge relief after being continuously failed by Invictus for 2 years (they kept saying yes but repeatedly failed to organise anything). So finding Solent Mobility has been a huge relief. After popping in I had a home visit set up for the next week with Gareth who answered my questions, brought me a wheelchair I wanted to demo and got it all sorted it for me. The only wait was the actual manufacture time at the company which made the wheelchair (as it was made specifically to my measurements).

I'll be happily going back to Solent Mobility for anything else I need or want.

Excellent service, arrived on time to remove stairlift. Some difficulty in removing long, curved rail but all dealt with very efficiently and professionally at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Finally after much research I made it to your shop to see and try out seated rollators in person. Kayleigh was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and sympathetic and encouraged me to lift, drive and sit in three models to compare and contrast. They were all great but so glad to have been able to test them and take my time to think through the various options. Very helpful and friendly shop who do not pressure you in any way but make a genuine and informed effort to help you decide what is actually best for your individual needs. I am sure I will be back before long!

This company repaired my scooter for me even though I lived outside their area and did not purchase it from them. I took it in to the shop where it was repaired within an hour and at half the price I had been quoted from my supplier. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. If I lived nearer I would buy all my equipment from here! Thank you.

Disappointed I won't get my actual chair due to Covid, until April, but pleased I could have a loan chair until mine comes.

Solentmobility offer an excellent service- i ordered a shower stool for an elderly relative and it arrived the next day. It was easy to assemble and it is really sturdy. I would certainly use this company again as their prices are very competitive.
