Order took a week to process. Another 3 days to deliver within country. Package looked like someone got in and taped it afterwards but product was OK in the end.

Cancelled order due to price change over night
I’ve made an order on Yeezy’s, on a selected pair of 350’s for a selected price. After two days, the cancelled my order without any explanations (or even an apology) and when I went back on the website to check the product, some of the sizes (including mine) went much higher in price. I am pretty sure it’s even illegal to cancel an order just because you don’t want to offer that price anymore, so I am still thinking if I should report this to proper authorities. All in all, they don’t seem serious enough.
Later edit: just so you know, you are legally not allowed to cancel an order because you “made a mistake on the price” - even if I selected “pay at delivery”, that’s not a reason to discriminate! I have cash, I want to pay cash, what’s the problem?! Moreover, I haven’t made a threat, I just mentioned what it is actually legal. Also, I really haven’t received any explanation via email, just the cancelation notice, please don’t publically lie - I hear the reason and your apology here, for the first time, and I’ve found out the reason for cancellation by checking out your website. The attitude, anyway, does proof this store doesn’t have any self-respect - there was not even an alternative solution discussed, at any point. I feel disrespected as a customer, and I do not recommend this store, as you cannot rely on their orders, nor their prices when you do order. Thank you.

On rare occasions, we may have incorrect pricing set for a product. Specifically, in your case, we had set a lower price for all sizes than it should have been, and the correct price for the larger sizes should have been higher. I understand this can be frustrating, but we are only human, and mistakes happen. We are very sorry about this, and we are not happy about the canceled order either.
You were sent an email when the order was canceled, including an apology and an explanation that it was a staff error. It's not appropriate or polite to threaten us in any way. We are not doing anything illegal, and everything is clearly explained in our terms and conditions. Additionally, you hadn't paid for your order, as it was cash on delivery.
