I have lived at the Morea Apartments…
I have lived at the Morea Apartments for for 4 years. This entire time Bonnie, the manager has been maintained a clean manicured and a quiet environment. At the time my lease was up, the offers to get into like apartments were substantially less but, it was how well Bonnie does her job that was the deciding factor. We have always rented luxury apartments and at one point or another things change for the worse but not here. Bonnie is very consistent. The office people are nice and helpful. The gentleman Genz, repairman, I believe is correct, (sorry if not), does his job beyond what is expected. The few times we needed him, he kept working until the job was done past his quitting time. Thank you, this is long overdue, Larry
