Very bad customer service - home battery was "installed" almost 2 months ago . It still is non operational (nor is my previously functional PV system) - so i have lost 2 months of PV generated electricity. Customer service complaints/requests are ignored Regret ever getting involved with these dishonest incompetents

I was initially overcharged then refunded all good. A fault then occurred in the solar battery and was not charging four months post installation. Post sales support team almost impossible to get hold of; emailed instructions re how to reset, instructions too complicated for me to follow. Many emails later including to the CEO requesting an on site visit to reset the battery which were ignored .
Had put a deposit on more solar panels and have not heard anything re installation five weeks on. Communicating with this group is like falling into a void. They are fast to communicate when wanting payment.
I regret going with this company , DO NOT make the same mistake

The pre purchase experience was good with patience in addressing our many questions. Installation was neatand tidy. Our only minor issue is that the installer could not stay run us through the operation of the plant. We were to be followed up with a phone call fro mthe company but we rang back ourselves where this was explained. Follow up to see if our plant is working appropriately has been good.

I am very pleased I chose the Solar Battery Group to deal with. They have proven to be so professional. They kept me advised of the progress of my order, the installation went so smoothly and their continuing support has been very helpful. An excellent company!

Smooth process from start to finish. Installation team friendly and courteous as well as cleaned up after themselves. Battery has been fantastic and saved me a lot, particularly as can charge it during low rate period.

​I recently had Solar Battery Group install a 26kWh battery to complement my existing solar setup, and the results have been phenomenal.
​Before the battery, I was exporting so much power back to the grid for pennies. Now, I'm actually keeping and using the energy my panels produce. During the summer months, my self-sufficiency jumped to almost 90%.
​What stood out to me:
​Sizing Expertise: They listened to my needs and recommended the 26kWh capacity, which turned out to be the absolute sweet spot for my household's energy consumption.
​Flawless Integration: Retrofitting a massive battery onto an existing system can sometimes be tricky, but their installation team handled it seamlessly.
​The Savings: Watching my reliance on the grid drop to nearly zero during peak sun months has been incredibly satisfying (and amazing for my wallet).
​If you already have solar and are on the fence about adding storage, I can't recommend Solar Battery Group enough. Professional, efficient, and they deliver exactly what they promise.

The product was good and service good this year. There was a period in 2025 when it was difficult to get response to my enquiries. Hence not 5 out 5. No complaints about communications this year. Also investment in larger battery is paying off.

It worked great all the time and never needed replacing I've had it for 4.5 years. Also the staff have good communication and were really helpful.

This is a company that their business model is convince buyer to purchase their products knowing they don’t need the product then ignore you and play games pretending they will sort the issue.

Tilbury Electrical let me know when they were coming. They arranged a concreter to put a pad down for the battery. They came back when the pad was okay and did a very good job on the installation. Alex the boss even put your app on my phone so I could check how the battery was operating.Very friendly Amand efficient.
