Thanks to Paul for replacing my previous order of SolaGarden Deck lights. They stopped working and I contacted the company and they sent out replacement ones quickly. Great product, great service.

I LOVE these lights. I bought one, then two, then three sets within 2 months.
They are a beautiful soft golden colour, not bright white like many solar lights. It makes the space inviting and warm, not harsh.
The service is fantastic- I had a minor issue with a charger that Paul and the team resolved within 24 hours.
I'm just looking at my garden to work out where the 4th set might go!

I purchased garden lights about 6 months ago, after 3 months I had about 8 not working. I emailed Paul and after explaining my situation and sending him a video of lights not working he sent me new ones, these arrived within a few days. My lights are so pretty and I get many compliments. What a great company, please support them.

I first came across SolaGarden a few years ago and decided to purchase a box of their solar lights for our garden. Shipment arrived quickly and very easy to assemble. Charge it up for a full day and then switch it on. Fantastic for lighting plants, small trees and structures. Experiment for placement. After a couple of years I noticed that some of the lights had stopped working. I cleaned the solar receptor/light, switched it on and off but no luck. I contacted Paul from SolaGarden and took pictures of the failed lights. There was absolutely no hesitation in replacing the failed lights and I highly recommend the company for its products, speed of response and replacement policy. Well done, and I would recommend SolaGarden products (our neighbours also have them)

I had purchased SolaGarden’s festoon lights when they first came on the market. I loved how they transformed my garden at night.

Unfortunately some of the lights stopped working on one set of lights. I replaced the bulbs with the spares included in my initial order but that didn’t solve the problem.

Emailing SolaGarden, Paul was quick to respond, searched for my orders and was able to approve a replacement under the lifetime warranty and send the new lights quickly.

I’m very impressed with the support from Paul and the fast delivery.

I purchased the garden lights to light up my garden area over three years ago and probably over the last six months. I’ve noticed that 9 out of 12 lights weren’t working. It wasn’t till just recently that I was out the front watering the garden one night and I was disappointed to see that they weren’t working and I wondered if I could do something about it.

Great solar-powered lights to brighten up the backyard! We bought the festoon lights, which are the perfect size and brightness, and they feel sturdy. I also love that the panel includes a USB‑C charging option for days with limited sunlight.
At first, the lights didn’t turn on after installation—even with a fully charged panel—so I thought there might be an issue with the connection. I contacted the company and received a prompt and helpful response from their customer support (even on New Year’s Day). They advised me to cover the solar panel or turn it upside down when pressing the ON/OFF button, as the built‑in sensor prevents the lights from turning on during the day. I had no idea! Sure enough, problem solved and the lights worked perfectly.
Thank you for the great customer support, SolaGarden. As a small suggestion, it might be helpful to include a few troubleshooting tips in the box, especially for less tech‑savvy customers like me. Aside from that minor hiccup, I’m happy with the purchase and would gladly buy from this company again.

These lights are strong and brighter than lots of solar lights. They highlight plants in my new native garden and it looks so pretty at night. I have one in my lemon tree pot and it makes the whole pot glow. I love them.

I was pleasantly surprised at how bright the round solar lights are and the brightness seems to last for several hours . Not sure how long exactly ..they are still beautifully bright when we go to bed ! Great friendly service . Would absolutely recommend .

Bought a 12 x Ground LED light package and 1 of the lights was faulty, emailed customer support and within a few days a replacement arrived in the post.  Buy with confidence, the customer service is top class.
