Had ordered a large order with high hopes and was massively disappointed. Clothing was falling apart, buttons broke off immediately, not true to size at all, and poor material/quality. And it’s even more of a hassle trying to return the items for a refund. It’s been months (sent the items back in April, it’s now the end of August) since I’ve sent back almost all my clothing items and still no refund. I’ve reached out time and time again through the email; no responses. They need a customer service phone number. It’s pretty ridiculous that I’m still having to deal with issues. I just want my refund, I spent a lot of money on my order. The least they can do is make it right… so, all in all, please save yourself the time and stress and do not buy from here. The photos look amazing and the clothing appears to be very fashionable but it isn’t. Take it from me, someone who’s been waiting 4/5 months for my issue to be disputed.

The quality of the clothes is really bad and they are not true to size,the fabric is plastic and they took much longer than expected to arrive. Don’t recommend shopping from there.

Clothes come from Hong Kong and therefore took 4 weeks to arrive. EXTREMELY CHEAP material. The stitching looks like it was done by a 10 year old and honestly it probably was. Tried to button my pants so I could hang them on the hanger and the button fell off. I hadn’t even tried them on. This company is an actual joke to the fashion industry. Those horror hauls you see online?? Order from Solado if you want to experience that.

clothes took over 2 weeks to come, one item smelled disgusting. both were sized the same but one thing was far too small and the other was trailing on the ground and hanging off, not to mention looked completely different to the website. waiting to hear about a refund

Didn't really turn out how I thought it would...

Honestly probably the worst shopping overall experience I’ve had. Paid for express shipping (3-5days) and it turned up 9 days later after I was informed it was delivered to the wrong side of the world.
The material is better quality on a child’s doll. Entirely see through to the point where I could see the floor through it when I lay it down.
Ordered a medium(UK) based off measurements chart they have and what turned up matched the measurements of an extra small (UK). I have to pay all return costs and they are considering not giving me a full refund for the item.
Honestly couldn’t recommend enough to not use them. Tried to contact them multiple times throughout the process (public comments on social media, emails etc) and never got a response from them

I ordered from this company after seeing their ad on Tik Tok, but I will never order again. The set they advertised was a solid blue color, but what I received was a very thin and COMPLETELY SEE THROUGH poorly made set. I looked back at the description to see if I missed where it’s sheer, but that description is no where to be found. Their photos were completely misleading. I reached out to customer support for a refund but they said shipping cost is high so I have to pay to ship it back or if I keep the item I can only get a 30% refund. Please save your money do not order from this awful company.

SOLADO IS A SCAM!

Everything I ordered did not fit at all! The sizes are way off! Normally I fit easily into an S, but I ordered an M for most items which was still waaaay too small.

So I asked to return the items and get a refund, but they told me I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING MYSELF which would cost 40€ (my order was 70€ in total) or I could get 25% of my money back...

When I chose the 25% I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered two tops and although based on the rules it should be shipped to Europe in 5-9 days, I didn’t get any update for more then two weeks. I had to write an email to support centrum, where they told me that the product is out of stock and they could give me a refund. Didn’t mentioned anything about the other t-shirt. Horrible service. Don’t recommend at all.

Don't buy there anythink. After discussing over days they ignoring me and don't want to get return the not fitting clothes. Don't get my money back.... never trust them, scam!

The quality wasn't that great and some of the clothes didn't look like the pictures. Some stuff was itchy or way too small. The thought is there but the quality unfortunately isn't.

Dress came with a stain and a hole right next to the collar so it is very visible, hate it

I have payed for the fast shipping… now are ten days and the dress is never arrived.

I receive multiple emails for giving a review without receiving my ordered goods. This after paying $30 extra for fast delivery. Fast delivery and extra money!!!?? Why? Three weeks further now.

Shipping is terrible. It’s been over two weeks and still no package.

Never ordered from here before but items arrived sooner than expected and they are some of the nicest dresses I've ever owned! Happy customer:)
