I have no received my package yet after almost a month. The tracking just stop working. I don’t know if this is a scam but my first time using and probably never again

Should have listened to the other terrible reviews. Bought one small item for an event. Apparently delivery was attempted and no one home to accept so they’ve sent it back? Literally makes zero sense. As if they even sent anything!!! I’ve tried many many times to contact them. Email and Instagram. Literally no response. Ever. The item probably doesn’t even exist. I’ll charge back on my bank and Mark them as a scam which they are. Horrible horrible experience

The fabric is to thin. Ripped when I tried it on. Definitely don’t look like the picture

I placed an order a two weeks ago! But paid express to receive with 3-6 days and have not seen nor gotten any updates about my package.

One of the shittest companies ever. Been 4 weeks and still not received a refund because i didn’t sent my parcel back tracked? Baring in mind it cost me £12 to send back anyway because i had to post it to China. There was no way i was paying more than that for postage costs since it doesn’t get refunded. Company still hasnt sent me my refund which was over £50s worth of clothes. Absolute joke, don’t buy from here they’re a shambles.

Bad customer support, if you need to make a return, you Will Never See your money again and for me it is over 100€ that are gone. Nobody is willing to help me with my return. Also you have to pay it yourself

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. If I could give this store zero stars I would. The clothing was not true to size at all, the material was so cheap feeling. I had requested a refund and I have sent about 4 or 5 emails. Since they refuse to answer any emails, I don’t know if I’m ever going to get a refund. On top of that they make you pay for the refund or they try and give you a coupon code in exchange for a refund. Which is ridiculous like I would EVER shop there again. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Please no one buy from here I feel like I got scammed.

I have written a lot of e-mails regarding return. Because it says that I need to contact them to make my return. It has now been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard from them… Update 14-10-2026 still haven't received my return label, so that is fraud and a whole lot waste of money unfortunately

Worst place to order. I ordered 2 shirts, returned them back in June, and haven't recieved my money yet. I even texted them and asked them politely about it, but didn't get any response. What a way to have a business. Never ordering from Solado again and definitely NOT recommending it to anyone. Save your money and buy the clothes from SHEIN instead. Wayyy better.

Don't waste your time buying with them. If you don't like your items, they make you either accept a 30% refund (and keep the items) or pay for an expensive shipping label yourself to send it back for a full refund.

I placed an order just over a week before I went on holiday and even paid an extra amount of £24.09 for express shipping (3-6 days) so that I could receive my package on time before leaving. After 4 days I still had not received my order, however I knew that there was 2 more days of the express shipping time frame, then 8 days passed and it was the night before I was supposed to leave and I still hadn't received my package so I sent an email asking for a follow up or an explanation as to why I hadn't received my order, also stressing on how I paid extra for express shipping just for the delivery time to exceed that of the standard free shipping time (5-8 days). The email response I received completely disregarded my issue all together not even bothering to take into account what my issue was and I was just given a link to track my order. By the time I got back from my 4 day holiday, my package finally arrived but the materials on the clothing are very cheap and flimsy one of the dresses I ordered still had some fraying stitches along the hems too :/. Dont make the same mistake I did by ordering from here. I didn't even bother returning as I saw reviews of how people where having to pay ridiculous amounts of money to return their packages. Now I am stuck with these poor excuses for clothing in my closet

Don’t ever buy from this company, it’s all horrible quality and wrong sizes. The most they will give is 30-40% refund since “shipping your return back to China will cost more than the actual products you buy”

I bought 5 items from Solado, this company is a SCAM. The shipping took a month, they sent me the wrong item and the rest of the items were HORRIBLE quality. I never write reviews, but nothing looked like how it did on the website. I wanted to return these items, but when I found out that the return/shipping costs was over half of what I paid, I’m unfortunately going to be stuck with these awful quality clothing pieces.

Made a huge order and kept about half of the items. Paid £20 to return the other items and have been waiting 7 weeks for a refund. They replied to my emails about my initial order but IGNORE EVERY EMAIL with regards to my refund. I am owed over $80 which they are absolutely robbing me of. Especially when I have actually kept a lot of why I ordered. No way to treat a customer. And I will be taking legal action should this not be resolved. Return order #SOLADO34471

Terrible clothing I want a refund some of my clothes have thread coming apart and things i didn’t order all the material is cheap

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! The clothes are NOT like in the pictures I’ve spent my money for nothing I’ll never wear them I cannot even sell them ! What a waste ! The shipping took 4 weeks… un vrai foutage de gueule ! And you can’t even have a reimbursement cause they don’t do that… I’m so angry !
