The product didn't work, I contacted customer service twice and didn't receive an answer.

After I posted a 1-star review on December 3rd, the company reached out on December 10th and said my messages hadn’t reached their support queue. A full refund was issued.
I’m updating this to three stars. The main issue was support responsiveness; the product mismatch was resolved via the refund.

Matthew was really helpful ..very knowledgeable and made the process very easy

Matthew walked me through setting up call diverting through the app for over 45 minutes. He was patient and gave very clear instructions. It's not the simplest system to set up, but the customer service has always excellent and very responsive.

I already have several numbers with SOHO66, and have just ported another. Process is so easy and quick. This one took 4 days. The good thing, as well as the excellent and quick responses from the support team, is that they set up the number on the account in advance, so I can do all the preparation of the phones and routing in advance. So on the day of porting, it's just a case of waiting for the new phones to start ringing. Highly recommended.

Great service, quick response time and transfer was so smooth

I've been a customer of Soho66 for 13 years now and have always been impressed with the company and the telephone support it provides. Yesterday, I was having some problems setting up a new phone on my second phone account with Soho66. The member of staff on the technical support line (Blain) was absolutely superb. He listened, understood the problem and carefully took me through the steps to enter my account details into a new device. Absolutely first-class service!

Amazing company! We've been with them now for over 8 years and cannot fault them. Admin panel to route calls is great and very flexible. If we have an issue or need advise they are always only a phone call away and provide top class phone service including responding to queries in a timely manner. If there were 6 stars, I would have given them that!!

I had to port a number to Soho66. The staff was amazingly helpful. Very fast responses by email, and the information they provided was always relevant. Such a service is very rare today.

The support is very efficient and helpful. My plea for help was answered by Matthew within a few hours and he follow up on his reponse to ensure that my business was back on track without delay. I appreciated the swift and professional reply and hand- holding throughout the troubleshooting process.
