Please do not buy from this site, they give you incorrect information when ask. Advised to buy a product that is not compatible with laptop and then does not refund.

Also requested a manager give me a call from customer service who are very unhelpful, but have been told no-one will call

They have now email, but no resolution just standard response. Please do not buy from this site, use a site that cares about customer service

Great customer service, they are super fast and even respond over the weekend.

Contacted customer support due to my error filling details. Faris sorted it in minutes without any trouble. Great customer service

I was having trouble downloading/installing newly purchased software from Softwarekeep. I used the 'Chat' facility and Pavle solved the problem and got me up and running.

Software download was fine, licence key was accepted by Microsoft without issue. Note that they are not VAT registered (!!!) so if you are a business you won't be able to reclaim VAT from the price paid.

I upgraded my OS and found that the recently purchased Microsoft software for Mac no longer worked. I contacted Support explaining the problem and Carl immediately got back to me with the solution to my problem. First class support.
