I had that sinking feeling of not being able to open a document because my software had disappeared and then the dispair that I couldn't find the download link and key. I normally hate using the web chat links as they are often not human or not able to sort things. Not the same here - Eric was spot and after establishing the details I had the link and up and running in no time.

I had an issue with the licence code I'd been emailed. Online chat guy (Eric) was very helpful and sorted out a replacement code for me. He also helped with un-licencing and upgrading my HDD to an SSD if I so desire. This is the sort of company I like to deal with. Very helpful and responsive.

SoftwareKeep UK diligently checked my second order was intentional (which it was). I was provided two functioning Windows 11 Pro licenses in good time. Due to circumstances (nothing to do with SoftwareKeep) I needed to ask for either replacement licenses or a refund or some form of offer from SoftwareKeep. In no time their Operations Manager sorted an excellent solution. Excellent service.

I normally have absolutely no problems setting up software purchased from this company. BUT this time I did! For some reason my computer refused to download MS Office so I contacted Software Keep by phone and spoke to the wonderful Anne. She managed to get the software on to my laptop quickly ... but having done so I then had trouble setting up Outlook. Anne got hold of Microsoft and shadowed my on screen chat with them ... at one point I didn't know how to proceed and Anne was there in the background to help me whenever I faltered! I was really impressed by her knowledge and her absolute determination I would be a satisfied customer before she left me to fend for myself. Fantastic ... I cannot praise the service I received enough. And in the end all problems solved and I can get on. Thanks Anne and Software Keep ... you deserve 10/5!

I had quite a problem when I saw my Office download via Microsoft before I installed it, so I messaged Support and Emre was on the ball quickly and saved me tearing my hair out! Apparently it was all down to Microsoft glitch with changing the name of its MS Office 2021 to Microsoft 365!
