The initial software key I received…
The initial software key I received would not work and indicated it was in use already. This made me very nervous but after contacting customer service and confirming my issue I received a new key and was able to complete the download. Harry at customer service was very efficient. I was able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. Great initial customer service experience!
