Update - I have received the money back only after this review but I didn't received the storno invoice ...

After one month from purchased Adobe Photoshop it didn't worked. Contacted on Chat Box they send us a strange download to install it ...

Is a SCAM

Purchased a perpetual licence for Acrobat PRO 22 (64 bit) - Adobe informs me this is not a valid licence.

Subsequently they have provided a copy of Acrobat 21 32 bit as a supposed replacement.

Same thing happened to me. I bought licenses for Acrobat Pro, photoshop and illustrator. They worked for about a month, then they changed the login methdo and worked again for a few weeks. Now they say I have to do with a trial that renews every 14 days. That is not working and now they are not returning my emails or chats.

This is clearly fraudulent and my company will be taking further steps with them

Total Scam they keep saying they are going to fix it and then you get another trial that only lasts a day or so DO NOT BUY its s scam and you will waste your money like the rest of us poor suckers...

do not buy and report to fraud investigation , they have taken their programs off site and there lifetime licences are fake , now after a 3rd deactivation from adobe they say there is an email you recieve every 14 days to reactivate ...doesnt happen and doesnt work , contacting legal firms for advice...... Update ... 22/11/22 theyve just sent me a link for a cracked version !!!!

I had issues accessing the license I bought but it got resolved swiftly through chat

I see a bunch of reviews on here saying they are a SCAM. It might feel so. I keep on thinking when something goes wrong that its a scam, because every time I get put back on trial I am like.. These guys scammed me. I managed to contact them yesterday on their live chat system. A message appeared that they have changed ownership and that i should check my personal account and not the enterprise account. They have put me on a "permanent" 14 day trial. Thats ok, but the erason I give them 3 stars is that they could have at least communicated this properly via email.

Cut them some slack and just contact them even though communication isn't the best.. You will get a reply eventually.

Don't waste your money like I did. Don't be fooled by the glowing reviews. Don't buy software from Software Digitali (S.D.).
You wouldn't be buying the promised lifetime license, you would be buying only a month-long 'trial'.
I bought 'lifetime' licenses for Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Audition on 8/09/2022 (Order No. 27785) and 11/09/22 (O.N. 28750) respectively. I could see from the Adobe Creative Cloud that the two programs were accessible through S.D.'s business account called 'Software Biz.'
I could use both programs until now, November 2022, when programs notify me that their trial periods have ended - so I can't use either.
I have explained the problem to S.D. and have received a reply that they are aware of it and that it has already been fixed!
It isn't fixed and I very much doubt that it will be.

Great help from Roberto to make Adobe work again on my Macbook. Thank you very much!!

Scam.

Like most of the reviewers, I purchased a few Adobe products with a lifetime access but they stopped working after a while. No response to my emails.

A total scam. Photoshop licence expired within weeks, nothing but empty promises rom Roberto. Now having to go through credit card company to claim my money back.

This is a Scam. I am bought Adobe Photoshop licence from them. Worked for about 4 weeks then I got emails from Adobe saying licence was not genuine and would be disabled. I tried to contact them about it but no response. They do reply if you want to buy though.

As always if it’s too good to be true it usually is. Stay well away and ignore any good posts they are either fake or done by people in the initial time the software works.

All went great in buying life time license until it only lasted for 34 days.

EDIT: Couple days have passed and they seem to have an solution, will update if success is reached.

EDIT: Service went away.

Purchased Adobe Photoshop Lifetime License in September, now emails from Adobe saying the software is not genuine and Creative Cloud confirming that it has expired and will only last for 7 days.

Scammers - 100% - I think "Roberto" is the only person at this company and he's running the whole thing. Funnily enough, if you go on the chat asking about something they have on their website (Like Windows) they reply to chat straight away. Mention Adobe and they ignore it.

Money wasted, I will contact my bank to charge it back.

Update: Looks like they're up and running again as SoftKeyGenius. Same types of offer on Adobe software and somehow this same company has my email address. Domain for SoftKeyGenius is 44 days old (26th March 2023) but they have reviews going back to January this year. Avoid.

Update 19th Dec 22 - I received an email on 24th November telling me that I would get a refund for the licenses I'd purchased. I didn't really pay it much heed as most of Software Digitali's communication was smoke screen.

To my surprise, I did get a refund as promised and an email today from Roberto apologising and asking for me to delete my review. I won't delete this review, but I'll give an extra star for at least following through on one promise. The whole thing smacks of an amateurish organisation that certainly doesn't deserve glossing over.

Update 23rd Nov 2022 - Their website has now been taken offline. Looks like they've taken the money and run.

Update 21st Nov 2022 - It just gets better, latest email:

"Unfortunately our official Adobe reseller deactivated all the users without any warning, so we contacted Adobe support to find a solution with them

Receiving as a response that the reseller has been reported for fraudulent activity and removed from the platform

But don't be alarmed, we still have a solution to restore all the apps you had purchased To do this, just download from here, and you will no longer have problems with the programs"

And then a link that takes you to a download page on their site that then leads to individual downloads of the software from mega.nz !!!!! So unless you have a premium account with that site, your downloads are limited to ~5GB and you can only get one piece of software! Hilarious!!

Update 16 Nov 2022 - It seems like Software Digitali are now requesting "extra information" to prove that negative reviews are real. Presumably a few people will fail to add this information and the reviews will be removed. There are no lengths this company won't stoop to to cover up its scam.

This is their latest advice on getting the licenses working:

"As an apology, we activated a plan with All the apps available, in addition to those that she had regularly purchased from us, directly on her personal profile, with a plan that is automatically renewable by us every 14 days, permanently, and fully upgradeable for life

Every 14 days you will receive an automatic email directly from Adobe with an extension (done automatically by our system)

The plan is already active, just exit your profile, log in with email and password and proceed with the "Personal Profile", then opening the apps you will see the blue 14-day banner at the top right which you can ignore, as it will come every 14 days automatically renewed."

So it looks like they're expecting people to be on a perpetual 14-day trial license which they will somehow keep renewing. Scammers to the extreme!

As other have said, this is a clever scam. They give you temporary access to the software and encourage you to leave a glowing Trustpilot review. But just like others, I have now had an email from Adobe telling me my software isn’t genuine.

There are no products listed on the website (they’ve closed the catalogue for 2022 and will reopen it in 2023 apparently) and of course no one will answer enquiries anymore. If you can charge back via your credit card or bank, do it now before the money disappears.

Its a fraud.
Adobe sent a message from fraudolent accounts specialist saying the license will be removed.
