It's a scam, plain and simple. I bought lifetime access to Photoshop, I had it for 2 months and then my access was taken away and I got an e-mail from Adobe informing me that the company fraudulently sold access to the enterprise edition of their software and had no right to do so. Requested a refund, didn't receive a reply back, and probably won't see my money ever again.

Worked for a couple of months and then Adobe revoked my licences. It's a scam. Buyer Beware. Its too good to be true.
Postscript software Digitali did refund my money so maybe they were misguided by Adobe. They sent a very apologetic email too.

Bought 2 times a lifetime license, but lost it after only two weeks, haven't heard from them ever since... Very dissapointing, seems I'm not the only one, seen the reviews...!

Scam The website and products no longer exits

Scammed by this company, paid subscriptions got invalidated by adobe.

This is a scam. Dealing with Italians you get what you paid for. Keep off this website.

I purchased two lifetime-licences for two Adobe products in September. After one month, the access to both products was revoked by Adobe.
The Customer Service of Software Digitali did solve the problem, but after one month, recently in November, the access was revoked again.
Software Digitali did send a solution, but I couldn't test it as I was abroad.
After writing a very negative review here on Trustpilot, I was contacted by the Software Digitali customer service and was told that I would get a refund. And I did, quite unexpectedly and very positively surprised.
Still, I would expect a proactive approach from such a company, instead of letting the customers in the dark guessing what happened.

Messages from Adobe concerning fraudulent accounts came two months following the purchase of a "lifetime" license for Lightroom Classic. "Roberto" wrote reassuring responses to my inquiries. The latest coming when I was travelling abroad. Upon my return I discovered the website no longer existed. The emails I addressed to "Roberto" went unanswered. I had been had but, not without resources. French and American authorities shall be alerted.

Softwaredigitali sold adobe products. Adobe delivered software to the Softwaredigitali customers.

All the software license were revoked by adobe. It seems softwaredigitali bought enterprise license and sold it to retail consumers. Adobe didn't do proper due diligence of their enterprise customers. Adobe directly or indirectly enabled and benefitted from this scam.

Avoid all my software has been suspended, claim they would sort this and vanished, there website has been shut down no way to contact them.

Anch'io stessa solfa, acquistati due software, funzionati 2 mesi, poi mail di Adobe che mi diceva che "your administrator for Softwaredigitali.com has removed your access to Acrobat Pro" contatto questo "Roberto" che mi da istruzioni per riattivare le licenze, poi dopo pochi giorni altra mail da Adobe che mi dice " This email is to notify you that our Fraud Prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning the Adobe license that was used to purchase your Adobe subscription." Cerco di capire il perchè accedendo al loro sito che nel frattempo è SPARITO !!!!!!!!!! Addio soldi " Chi poco spende poco prende!!!!!!!! " in special modo sul WEB

Sold me 2 Adobe lifetime licences. Both reported by adobe as fraudulant activity. Seems they are selling Enterprise seats and not individual licence. Then i get reactivated trials, now they are gone. They even emailed me to install pirated copies of the software.

Edit: so now they are demanding information or take down my review? They deleted their website removed access to my software and demand I give them details or my review is removed? This just gets worse. They have dissapeared from the Internet and they still expect u to sit here and say and do nothing?

Disgusting scammersd

As mentioned we bought two licenses, lifetime and everything looked fine, but then it had to be renewed, it happened once, and then we were asked to download a hack. In reality, we do not know what is in the hack files, and it was not what we bought we bought an Adobe lifetime license! Now their website is down: softwaredigitali.com is gone. I hope Adobe reads this because it ruins their reputation and they can't have a reseller asking us to hack the Adobe lifetime license we bought and paid for.

I bought the "lifetime license" of adobe creative suite and after a month it stopped working like a normal trial. now the site is not reachable and also the email is out of order! from complaint!

Think I purchased a free trial not a lifetime subscription.
I had Ai and Ps. Started getting messages saying subscription is running out for a few weeks and then got an extra 5 days. S.D said would all be sorted and not worry but this morning the subscription is up and their website has gone. Live and learn

Claiming that I have been refunded and I should take down this review. Also claiming its not their fault and they are doing all they can to rectify all the issues. Not sure how closing down the site and ignore emails is helping.

unfortunately, these guys are not responding anymore, at first in September when I bought the lightroom were kind and supportive. ... hope they are back in a certain way ...
I really need Lightroom ... btw does anyone know how can I buy it somewhere else?

SCAM!!

Bought an after effects "lifetime subscription" worked for quite a while so I was happy, but then suddenly it just stopped working and adobe notified me that my trial period was running out..

DONT BUY ITS A SCAM

bought all apps plan for adobe that was suppose to be valid for a year, and after a month i recieved a message with "your administrator for Softwaredigitali.com has removed your access to All Apps plan"

I am getting the same issues with the software. Adobe states the account is fraud.
I have contacted Visa for a refund.

Do not purchase from this company

Bought Adobe lifetime license.... Made possible as running as a business enterprise. Turns out this is against their ts and C's so they suspend the account. After first month I lose all my photos in the cloud and even though Adobe themselves said they could recover them as an admin, they refuse! Next time I use local library with only few backups online... Now it is deactivated and they are saying to continue using I should download a modified application from them......no thanks! Scammers stay away!
