I've just purchased MS Office Home and Student from Softwaredepot and can't recommend them enough. Amazing price and customer service, I had a few things to work through with the installation due to my not reading the installation instructions email fully, but Anne on the chat was one of the best chat customer service people i've experienced. Really knew her stuff and was quick to respond and support what was going on. :) Great outcome, thankyou to the team at Softwaredepot.

The initial problems with installing the program were quickly sorted out by customer support - the staff member resolved the issue in a timely manner

Anne did a great job for me i must admit i did confuse her at times but she got around that and we ended up with the best result

I am very grateful to Bryan for all his help and patience and dealing with a difficult problem not of his making but one of Microsofts. He persisted in trying to sort the problem which was sorted eventually by his hardwork and extensive knowledge. I was so far out of my depth but Bryan's patience and persistance alone were worth 5 stars.

I got myself into a great tangle with passwords and user names, and she calmly worked through the mess with me, and threw in an upgrade to sweeten the confusion. Very much appreciated.

I bought a version of Microsoft Project Pro 2019, once the link came through i couldn't get it to download. Customer service wanted me to allow remote access which i denied. I contacted Microsoft support and the key was valid but for a version that was not for resale. I went back to the site and asked for a refund and got no answer why they did that. Do not use them

Very impressed with the service provided by Bryan when I made a mistake on my purchase of Office 2021. I bought the PC instead of the Mac version. Bryan rectified the mistake as soon as I highlighted this on Live Chat by processing the refund so I could proceed to purchase the right version. I'm a very happy customer!

I had trouble getting my MS Office and I have emailed to the company for help. They replied with an email with a link.

Was linked up with Carl and he/she has been a. great help who guided me through all the process step by step as I am not very IT savvy

When I called, I was desperate. I was preparing an important PowerPoint presentation for the following day and suddenly, I could no longer edit or use the program. All my other Microsoft presentations were similarly frozen. Made contact with Softwaredepot help desk where Carl provided outstanding support. He was very professional and patient as we worked through all the options over an extended period. I could not have asked for better after sales help from a software supplier. FIVE STARS

Difficulty activating my windows 2019 server licence but Bryan was there to assist. Within 10 minutes everything was activated :)
