Product Key didn't work

Product Key didn't work and multiple attempts by email to rectify the problem and have yet to here back from anyone at EKSoftware. Very disappointed with their Customer Service.

Even one star is too many

Even one star is too many. I received the wrong software and attempted to reach their customer service. My email bounced back and when I called the phone number a recording came on saying the number was not taking calls. I WANT A REFUND but can’t even get any kind of response. I feel like I was scammed and living on a fixed income can’t afford to burn money.

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent; they let me know of the delay and when it was available it was an easy download. The install was easy and very streamlined and now I have a full working office suite to make my workflow much better. I love the new features, and it is easy to navigate to most areas to get my work completed. Excellent company to deal with.

I see others had the same problem

I see others had the same problem. I bought from this company several years ago and everything went well. So I trusted them. I saw this company on Facebook, too, and left a message but I see no one has answered since 2023.
I purchased software and had a problem with downloading. No one answered the customer service phone. The online chat did not work. E-mails were returned as undeliverable. But they sure are good at sending e-mails to try to get me to buy something else. I'd still like to get my problem resolved, but I doubt that will happen. I feel I was scammed and they took my money.

I purchased software and had a problem…

I purchased software and had a problem with downloading. No one answered the customer service phone. The online chat did not work. E-mails were returned as undeliverable. But they sure are good at sending e-mails to try to get me to buy something else. I'd still like to get my problem resolved, but I doubt that will happen.

This company ONLY APPEARS to be tops in…

This company ONLY APPEARS to be tops in customer service; however, I found that NOT to be true. The software I purchased I took to Best Buy to have their professional team open the email to load it on my computer. Once the pros opened the email, much of the instructions were in German. That, along with other suggestions, were requirements that the pros felt were misleading and may even be harmful so the pros chose not to load the software and told me to contact the EK Software company.

I tried to use the Chat feature--NO LUCK.
I called both telephone numbers--NO LUCK.
I responded to EK's emails--NO LUCK. Bounced back.
I used the link given in EK's emails and web site to communicate with them--NO LUCK.
I checked their address given...NO LUCK. Did not see any business signs or indication of an active business.

I did all of this several times over a period of 5 days. NO LUCK.

I have since filed a dispute against them requesting a refund of the $139.99.

Check out Better Business. DO YOU SEE THEM?
Try to Communicate with them through the contact information that they advertise. DO THEY RESPOND?

If EKSofware responds and GIVES ME A $134.99 refund, I will again post a review to let you know.

Poor Customer Service

On Monday, 5/26 I tried multiple times over a three-hour period to purchase MS Home & Business 2024. But the MEM15 promo code I received via email continually gave an “invalid” message, their link to Paypal was not functioning, there was no support available via “chat” AND I have yet to receive a response to the two emails I sent to their support email address!! Their claim to have 24/7 support is clearly bogus.

I have purchased software from this company before and tried to do so again, but due to all of the issues mentioned above, I shopped the product and found it less expensive elsewhere. I reached out to them again today via "chat" and shared all of the above. All they offered was the same 15% discount advertised on their home page.

Yesterday I had a serious problem with…

Yesterday I had a serious problem with Microsoft Outlook 2021 which I had bought from Exsoftware. It just didn't work. I worked for hours. I went back to Eksoftware, and then Emre came to help. He guided what needed to get it fixed. It was great working with him, and it shows how good he is, and how good a coompany as Eksoftware to have that good people. Thank you! Terry Quinn

I had a server crash - they helped - ON A WEEKEND!

I had a server crash, and was unable to re-activate the win 2019 server license. Contacted Bryan *** 3 years*** after purchase and he had me do several steps to try - all that failed, so he sent me out another license - which worked! And ALL OF THIS ON A WEEKEND!!!

Second time they have helped me - both times went OVER and BEYOND to make it all happen.

Great support - Bryan... you rock!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service !
In the middle of the night , Solved a problem for a novice setting up software on a new computer. Diagnosed the problem, gave specific instructions and tools to fix problem.
Turned a potential nightmare into a good nights sleep. Thank You

Pricing was great on the Office…

Pricing was great on the Office Software we purchased. The Help Desk was great in assisting me to get the software installed - explained exactly what they were doing etc.

Microsoft Office 2021 Purchase

For those trying to outrun Microsoft's move to subscription only Office, these guys still have the 2021 version for actual sale. Also, Emre quickly helped move the app purchase to the suite, as the load site from MS has changed. Thanks, Emre!

EK Software: A digital license I trust!

I decided to purchase software from EK Software because of positive reviews for the support and integrity of the delivery system. Emre’s name appeared on several posts and tilted the decision definitively. I was fortunate enough to see Emre in action today as he helped me resolve a simple matter and saw it through from start to finish. Highly recommend this company because a real person like Emre- knowledgeable, polite, and effective- is ready to step up. Great experience!
